Very small meat portion!! And the meat they gave was mainly the scraps like the bread/flour without the actual chicken meat. Probably the most disappointing Panda location I ever visited

Not the greatest Panda Express location.

The food and service are always great. The Orange Chicken, Fried Rice, and Chow Mein are always on par with other Panda Express locations… so no problem there.

The issue is that this location is almost always out of something and you’ll have to wait 8-15 minutes for it to be made. Had to wait about 5 minutes for Chow Mein during my last visit. The upstairs area is not always open so individuals who try to eat inside the restaurant don’t always have a seat. And, they now charge $0.50 for water cups!!! Absolutely crazy!

I’m not telling you to avoid, but be prepared to wait for your desired entree or side, and definitely take it to go. This location is great because it’s right next to campus (literally across the street). But if you have a car, try to go to the location either in Wilbur Heights north of I-74 or to the location in Urbana.

I had a disappointing experience at Panda Express recently. I stood in line for 20 minutes because the staff was incredibly slow. Despite seeing a long line of customers, they didn’t speed up their service or show any urgency to help people get their orders quickly. I was running out of time and eventually had to rush, which completely ruined the purpose of a quick meal stop. This is not the level of efficiency I expect from a fast-casual restaurant.

Good College atmosphere and very professional staff. The manager gave me recommendations on the points I had in my Panda Express app and was very polite always.

The experience I had today at Panda was pitiful. I already avoid this location because of the general manager’s attitude towards customers. However, I wanted to give them another chance in case things miraculously changed, but I was unfortunately reminded of the exact reason why I never go to this Panda in the first place. On top of the food rarely being fresh, the manager Brianna’s demeanor is distasteful and unwelcoming. Panda needs to do a better job when considering the staff and their choices of management.

The staff in general is very, very nice, the food is usually very good, however, why is the upstairs always closed when the place is extremely busy???
I have ADHD and it is difficult for me to sit in a crowded space and enjoy my food. The workers do not seem to like opening the upstairs up and I literally don’t know why other than they don’t want to clean it. I get it if there is literally no business, but there are no seats available many times and they still leave it closed. If someone answers my review, I will consider giving the last star back.

Food and staff here are great. For whatever reason, the vent hoods in the restaurant are never on, and the entire place is filled with smoke and spices that could cause some sensitive groups to have a bad reaction. I’ve not had an issue with it, but most of the time when I come in everyone else in the restaurant is coughing and complaining about it. If you’re around spicy food a lot, you’ll be fine, but if you’re even vaguely asthmatic, I would have this delivered.
