I’ve tried every combination of dishes served here, and the are always incredibly tasteful. The sushi is made to order fresh, tastes great as well. Restaurant was clean, and tables were being cleaned/disinfected while I was there. Overall a good place for a fast order of delicious food.

I came in today on 10/1/2021 and Kayla took my order inside. She was very patient and polite. I came back to the counter to ask for spicy shrimp sauce and i asked for 3 cups and she gave me 4, it’s like she read my mind cause I’m reality that’s exactly how many i wanted. She is a very thorough employee. Excellent service at this location. Better hope Kayla is working !

Ordered a California sunrise roll, did the spot on by online ordering, didn’t realize I got the sunrise one, asked the lady at the counter and she wouldn’t even give me a copy of the receipt just informed me I was getting more then just a California roll. Didn’t offer to fix it or anything, after getting home to realize no crab meat was on it.

After we made our order I asked for my cup and she said I didn’t order one. Then proceeded to toss me my receipt without asking If I wanted one.so I said may I have 2 drinks please.
Felt a little annoyed because if your eating at a restaurant why would you not want at least Water. Not my worse experience though!!

Completely disappointed with the portion size. When we order a large expecting to have leftovers, we should get what we pay for. This is just extra rice. Not $30 worth of food. Not coming back until this is corrected.

You gotta love cheap sushi. And it’s cheap. Dont get your hopes up, aside from the bill. This place is way better that the victory location. I’d rather drive a few min farther to get my cheap sushi for lunch. It’s faster. I dont think it tastes any better. Parking is was better over here too. 4 stars because they didnt give me chopsticks.

The staff was friendly in helping me choose between so many options. I decided on the Super Bowl with shrimp, teriyaki chicken and steak. The shrimp and teriyaki chicken were amazing. The steak seemed dried out. I think next time I’ll try substituting the steak for another chicken option.

Food is ok. Every time I order beef. They cook it well done. Close to hockey puck done. 13 bucks for rice,onions , shoe leather beef and a drink. Food is ok, but I always leave disappointed.

The staff is very unprofessional and rude.
Ive been to seasons of Japan in Pooler ga a number of times. Always very respectful and kind. These people that work here are rude having personal conversations loud and explicit language behind the counter.
Anyone in here could hear their entire conversation (even if they were not trying) I had to wait and watch other customers get their food first even tho I ordered prior to them. I ordered a simple chicken bowl. Also the place did not have any sweet tea. And said oh well we just dont have any made. To top it all off No toilet paper in the ladies room

Want to start off saying I’ve been eating at this restaurant for 20 plus years. The absolute worst customer service I’ve experienced. Ordered my food everything was correct except I was supposed to get steak and got shrimp. No big deal went up front with my receipt to get it corrected. The lady in the back had a disgusting look on her face like I did something wrong then made me go back to my table to get “her” shrimp that she plated wrong in the first place like I was a criminal. Oh and one more thing the food that was taken back was sitting right next to all the cooked food on the serving line like it was going to be put back and served again after it was given to someone. Will say that I will never eat at the Statesboro location ever again.
