The food was absolutely amazing.
I started with the Ahi Tuna Tartare, and it was fresh, beautifully prepared, and packed with flavor. For my entrée, I went with the “surf and turf” — a 6oz filet mignon with lobster tail — and both were outstanding. The steak was cooked to perfection, and more importantly, the quality of the cut was exceptional. You can immediately tell when a restaurant uses a great filet versus a dry, rubbery one with a high price tag. This was the real deal.
The ingredients were clearly high quality, and every bite felt intentional and well-executed.
The only downside was the noise level. It was quite loud, and even with my headphones on full volume, it was difficult to hear my audiobook. If you’re looking for a quieter, intimate setting, that’s something to keep in mind.
That said, the food alone makes this place absolutely worth visiting.
The greeting at the entrance was pleasant and informative given I always ask on the “expectations” of seating, happy hours, specials and just all around etiquette.
No problem getting a table for happy hour and our server (Vicky) was also very knowledgeable on the drinks, menu items and the franchise in general (I asked a lot of questions).
Very pleasantly surprised that the chef came out with the order to provide details, a nice unanticipated surprise and a classy addition to our dinning experience.
A nice touch on a “description card” for one of our orders. The quality of the menu items ordered and drinks above average.
Overall a great classy fine dining yet casual restaurant.
We will be back.
The food and drinks are just great. They have seasonal menu and flat bread options that had the right crunch.
If you love wine and Sangria, you won’t be disappointed. Even the cocktails are prepped with attention to detail.
The staff is attentive and quick.
The tables are well maintained and hygienic.
What deserves a special mention?
Their seasonal menu is rich and diverse.
What could be better?
Nothing, they are doing the right thing.
