The food is amazing but I placed a pickup order a half hour ahead of time and got to the store and no other customers were there and the place was dead but my order was sitting on the printer still and the kid was in the back sitting on his phone. The sandwich was made quick but when I placed the order so far ahead, I figured it would be ready and usually is so I was kinda irritated that he was just sitting there on his phone.

Literally the best Jersey Mike’s location in UT. If you’re like me and require an inordinately large amount of vinegar on your sub, simply make the request for it in the special notes section. They will come through for you! I always request “extra extra extra vinegar. If the bread gets soggy, it’s even better.” Seems like a simple request, but it’s honestly not, because this is the only sub shop I have found that actually adheres to it. This place is amazing. The quality of the food was great and the manager was very sweet. I I would highly recommend this place, the Lehi location wasn’t nearly as good as this location. Their store was also very clean and taken care of. An amazing atmosphere and overall it’s An amazing place. 5 stars for sure.

I like Jersey Mikes. This location though isn’t the best. Today is my second time having them get my order wrong in person. If you get anything other than Mikes Way, be prepared to ensure they actually put on the toppings you asked for and they don’t go into automatic mode.

I was the only customer when I walked in, that being said the place was really dirty, all the tables were dirty, floors, the food service was fine, but with 4 employees, 1 who was on the phone, someone should have been cleaning up. When I left 25 minutes later for take out, 6 additional customers where there however.

Good location except there are not many ways they are protecting the sandwiches from accidental hairs besides putting hair up under a ball cap. Unfortunately for us, we had a hair in one of the sandwiches ordered. The others were great but it still spoiled our experience. Will be back in the future to give another shot. Crossing our fingers for hair nets or something else to protect our sandwiches that time around.

These guys are starting to be a good go-to for a quality sandwich. Last night I got the #7 Turkey and added the Cherry Pepper relish and it was great! I also like their reward system. You can earn a sandwich at a better pace than other sandwich places.
