Ordered food to go. Food took over 40 minutes after pickup time to be ready. Not sure if they were understaffed with cooks. But the floor was not busy for a Wednesday. This wasn’t the first time it’s happened. I really hoped they were just having a bad day my last visit. Seems there needs to be some better approach to making these orders.

I ordered wings and fries. Fries were very dry tasting. Wings were good. Not sure I would recommend or come back to this location.

I don’t know if they only hire racism employees. I went there during the weekend, and stand at the front door for 10mins waiting for someone can help us even tell us how long is the wait. Then a young woman came told us there is a 10-15 mins wait (but I see there are many tables empty but without cleaning, no one is cleaning). After we have a seat, we found that the table is WAYYY too wet. Water is everywhere on the table and the menu. Later our “FRIENDLY” server finally came to us with a face. After we placed our order, he came back in a while for our plates. ONLY ONE PLATE FOR TWO PERSON? AND HE THROW THE PLATE ON OUR TABLE! Really? We see he only did that to us. Just because we are Asian? Before we asked for the check, he only came to our table once to asked about our experience. Since we said we are ready for the check, he slap the check on our table and not even look back.

Food:
I have been to some other Buffalo Wild Wings. This location with the worst food quality. The wings are totally overcooked, really hard texture. And I don’t know how expensive is the sauce. Too little sauce on the wings. Feels like I’m eating French bread.

Never coming back. Feels like this location has a bad management. Doesn’t worth for another try.

Someone bagging my takeout order on 3.3 gave me the SPICIEST sauce! I asked for Honey BBQ. It destroyed my tongue and ruined my lunch. I had to run to the kitchen to gulp down half n half like a baby . Please label the sauces, so employees who know how to read can pick up the correct one. I threw the sauce away. I had 3 tenders and tots. Thank you for your attention to this matter!

It was an okay experience manger really didn’t help, she was aware that our food had miscuts (meaning when the classic wing has broken bones exposed making it not safe to consume) and we were short wings she claimed they were making “fresh wings”. Unfortunately they were sauced so much that when we got home we noticed that they were just re fired ( meaning they were just reheated in the oil ) or they were severely overcooked (cook wasn’t using timer provided by company) mind you all the other food we had was getting cold so we had to reheat those at home very inconvenient especially if that’s what you want from ordering out which is convenience. I worked in food so I know when the food is old and they tried to fool us but oh well I just hope this isn’t the establishments way of doing things 24/7 .

I don’t think I have ever left a review on a restaurant/bar/store in my life, but this store has gotten so terrible I have decided to.

I had a $25 gift card that was given to me by a friend, and used it to purchase dinner for myself and others. Ordered the 20 PC boneless w/fries, and three sauces, mild/medium/spicy garlic.

Ordered the sauces on the side, and even paid several dollars extra to order several more containers of each sauce. Used the remaining balance on the gift card to add a tip, even though it is an online order and no one actually waited on me.

Arrived several minutes early, to an entirely empty front dining room outside one family in a booth, and a girl came out from behind the order counter after a moment to retrieve my pickup order. It was not ready at the moment, so waited until it was. A male employee passed by and asked if I had been helped.

When she came out, looked inside the bag to see 2 large cardboard containers, the fries and wings, and a brown bag that contained the carrots and I assumed the sauces. I should have checked at the moment, but considering that I was the only person being assisted, and the receipt very visibly showed 6 EXTRA lines of sauces, it was my belief that it couldn’t be messed up.

Was exactly how it appeared on my receipt.

Finished my commute home, almost 30 minutes away in Bulverde, to find that I had a bunch of dry chicken nuggets in a bag. I truly don’t understand the incompetence that could lead to such a large part of the receipt being ignored.

When I called the store, I spoke to a female employee that I assume to be the same girl as before, considering it had been barely half an hour since I left the store. She seemed to be very confused that she had messed up my order, then said she would transfer me to a manager.

I waited on hold for over 16 minutes, and have a screenshot showing the full 17 minute and 18 second call, for someone to answer, before hanging up when it became clear that they had either forgotten again already, or were unable to fix their own mistake and were hoping I’d go away.

As someone who worked at a business nearby for over 6 years during my school high school and college years, 2013 to 2019, and would eat at this store multiple times a month either with friends/coworkers or taking out food, it is astounding to see how low this store has gone in the quality of the service.

I went a couple weeks ago with my 2 friends and we were seated then ordered our drinks. We had a young waitress most likely a teenager. We had gotten multiple appetizers and multiple refills and by the time our food had came out , our waitress had not picked up a single dirty cup or plate that had already been finished. We were not treated with manners and had a very bad experience. We also had ordered a pizookie to go after we got our entrees , because the service was so bad we did not want to eat it there. The pizookie took 25-30 minutes to be brought out. Despite all that we had also been getting whispered and stared at by numerous workers there. We treated everyone with respect and I don’t ever write bad reviews , but this experience was extremely uncomfortable and horrible. I hope your workers don’t treat everyone like that it really was super unprofessional.

The food was solid overall. I tried the Jammin’ Jalapeño and Brown Sugar wings. The Jammin’ Jalapeño had a nice balance and was the clear winner for me. The Brown Sugar wings, however, were way too sweet for my taste and overpowered the chicken.

Service was the real issue. It was extremely slow for how empty the place was. When we arrived, there were only two tables occupied plus the bar, eventually growing to about four tables total. Despite that, my drink sat empty on the table for a good 10 minutes with no check-in.

Good food potential, but the service really dragged the experience down.

On Oct. 29 Dinner.
Me and my family dined in at this restaurant to watch a fight. We usually come to this place when my daughters are all together in town. Have always have had a good overall atmosphere but wow this one time had me shocked and set the standard to never return to any Buffalo Wild Wings. Me and my family had ordered briefly with the waiter the mistake was asking for plates !!!!! We ordered appetizers, food and, drinks for the night. (All was great food) The waiter was literally throwing/shoving food at our table. I was in shocked I truly thought this was some prank my daughter was setting me up on me. The waiter was ignoring us rolled her eyes at my wife, quite literally ignoring us, the only reason we got our food cause cause we called on her for the 5th time and finally she gave us the food. And then she shoved it at us spilling the drinks all over. She never said sorry nor brought us bring napkins due to her even causing it. It was so bad that the manager even noticed that something was going on and we explained what the mood and actions of the waiter. I’m very distraught with this situation. I hope that this waitress was put in her place or something. I understand there is people all around us and maybe there was a packed house but there wasn’t !!! It was minimal people maybe half house full. She wasn’t the only waiter there was multiple so I know coverage was there but it’s the point that the manager noticed how her treatment was that is just sad. Thank you for the manager for hearing us out but it’s just put a bad taste on my tongue. Just wanted to share my experience here and will be my last.

On vacation and stopped to watch the bears game. Ordered all of our wings and we all wanted boneless. Very clear. She stayed sides came with it but they didn’t and we didn’t know. So she up charged us. She added random drinks to our bill that weren’t ours. Once the food came out- the majority of our wings were wrong and they wouldn’t fix it. Don’t come here.

I normally don’t write reviews but this visit was particularlly baffling. We sat as a 6 top and waited what seemed like 10 minutes to be greeted. We had already decided on everything and had our whole order taken since we could tell service would take a while. We probably waited on drinks for like 15 minutes. Our appetizers came out before our drinks but we had no silverware at the table. We had mostly bar drinks but the non-alcoholic drinks were completely forgetten about until we mentioned them to our waitress, I believe her name was Quintera. A different server brought them over along with the silverware we had to ask him for. Later on our food came out and the waitress had messed up 3 of the orders. The waitress then gave my cousin attitude when she asked for mustard and pickles for her burger. I think the waitress visited our table a total of 5 times on her own terms. The other times were because we had to flag her down. She was too busy wiping down tables instead of taking care of us I suppose. I talked to the manager and she wasn’t very apologetic, she just kinda took it to the chin and said she would talk to our waitress and look at our bill. I told her straight up I wasn’t looking for a discount; I just needed her to know about this experience. After I had asked for the manager, our waitress ignored us until we flagged her over again so we could just pay and leave. That took well over 30 minutes just to get our bills. I guess she couldn’t figure out how to split our tabs. So much so that my girlfriend had to go over and split the tabs over on the POS. Before my girlfriend got up to help, our waitress was yelling at our table to ask questions about the tab instead of coming over to the table. Look, I know where I’m at. It’s a Buffalo Wild Wings. I know not to expect any phenomenal service but honestly had she just gotten us our drinks in a timely fashion and just tried to serve us, we would have been fine. Maybe it was understaffed but there were tables around us that got sat after us and left before us. Hopefully she never gets a table bigger than us because man they are going to wait an eternity. Our service took 2 hours to complete. A 6 top. Yikes.

Edit: The “Owner” responded but there’s no link that says “Reach Out” on their site under FAQ so not sure what to do about that.
