Meika B is the absolute best server!!! She has such a beautiful spirit and her energy is off the charts. She has great attention to detail and makes you feel at home. As soon as I met her I knew she is a great person with a great heart. I’m from Ft. Lauderdale, FL so I truly appreciate great service and I wanted to take time out to acknowledge great service. SHE deserves a raise in pay.

Ate here yesterday. It had been a few years since coming here and we are so glad we did. Restaurant was Clean. Service very friendly and fast. Attentive but not overly so. And food hot and fresh. Everything was literally perfect all across the board

I love this place!! I love to go for brunch on the weekends. The people are so friendly, it has such a family vibe. The servers and service is not bad at all. The menu item that steals the show for me are the Crisp Caramel Apple pancakes! They are the happy place to my soul!! The only issue I have is the food doesn’t come out hot enough sometimes or it sits in the window too long. If this issue is fixed I’d give 10 stars!! It won’t stop me from going back tho!

I’ve been here a few times since I arrived in Albany. It’s always busy and I can see why the food is amazing and the servers are polite. Whenever I find myself wanting a good breakfast, I think of this place immediately. Can’t wait to go back. And shout out to the greatest waitress that’s ever lived, Katie. She is truly one of a kind.

Today was not the first time I have experienced a significant wait at Eggs Up in Albany. However after waiting 40 minutes for eggs and noticing about 50 to go plates being processed during that time I decided to approach the counter and speak with Michael (owner?). I explained we had been waiting 40 minutes and was wondering how so many orders to go had been processed yet customers dining in were still waiting on food. Michael responded That he didn’t think our wait was unreasonable and boasted that he serves 150 customers per hour and that it was Saturday…What did I expect. After it was obvious that my time was not valuable and that Michael has reached a level of success where every customer is not important because he feels he has so many that you don’t matter my spouse and I left. This business may have grown in patronage over the years but he lost four today. When someone is no longer humble and does not appreciate every customer it’s time to stop giving your money to them. Food is a one because we never got any…

Food was great overall! The only downside was not getting to us when it was complete so our dishes were cold while our friends dishes were hot. The server wasn’t filled with bedside manner but he corrected things upon request.
