Visited twice in September 2025 and enjoyed our meals both times. First time we had a little wait but were seated quickly. The two of us had a variety of seafood all of which was generous and very tasty. Service was friendly and food prepared quickly. Octopus decor was nice and the views outside were great! You could see that you were at a working dock surrounded by boats and equipment. The second night my daughter had her first full Maine lobster dinner and had fun! There’s limited parking nearby but it fills up quickly. Otherwise you have to park on the street and walk down a small slope.

Patio view of the harbor is amazing, staff is super friendly and the food and drinks were perfectly prepared. We waited for a patio table and had a drink by the bar and were sat in a few short minutes. The muscles were amazing and the fresh bread hit the spot along with the clam chowder. We shared the lobster bake and seafood Alfredo which had HUGE scallops and of course we added on lobster to the Alfredo. We met the owner at the end of the night while having a few drinks after dinner and spent some time with some fun guests we met at the bar. Would recommend this restaurant over and over again. Thanks for the great experience, we will definitely be back again.

Seafood Ketch is fantastic! The ambience was great—warm, inviting, and perfect for enjoying a meal by the water. We tried their garlic steamed mussels, which were fresh and full of flavor, and the seafood fettuccine alfredo, which was creamy and packed with delicious seafood. An excellent dining experience from start to finish—highly recommended for seafood lovers!

Fun view of the bay, got to watch the sunset while seated outside. The seafood bisque was 4.5/5, the clam chowder was 3/5. The seafood pasta was like a 4/5, but the brussel sprouts were more like 2/5. Bread was made fresh, which was pretty good.

We had an amazing dinner at Seafood Ketch! Everything we ordered was delicious, but the escargot and seafood bake were real standouts. We finished the meal with a perfect blueberry pie à la mode. The service was friendly and helpful, and we loved sitting out on the patio by the water, enjoying a spectacular sunset. It’s a great spot for seafood lovers, though there are solid options for non-seafood eaters too. Excellent quality, beautiful views, and a great value—we’ll definitely be back!

Just had a delicious lunch on the terrace overlooking Bass Harbor. My son had the haddock sandwich which arrived hot and looked great. He reported it was well cooked and ‘very tasty’. I had the clam roll with Ketch wedges. The wedges were hearty with a crisp crust and tender fluffy potato centers. The clam roll was a special kind of perfection: fresh, briny, lightly battered fried clams on a delicious top-split bun griddled in butter. Even the Cole slaw and tartar sauce were exceptional. I would put this up against any clam roll I’ve had, even those costing 50% more – just fantastic!!! My son had an Atlantic Brewing Upside Dawn – great to see a good NA option on the menu! All in, an ideal lunch on the coast of Maine – a true gem worth traveling to!

Some foods were over seasoned and some foods had no salt. Kind of bizzare. Clam chowder was good. I think shery was included? The shrimp pasta was very good.

Beautiful dinner outside with a view of the marina. The calamari was to die for, best I’ve ever had. The mussels came out a bit cold and chewy, but they tasted very fresh. The seafood Alfredo was fantastic. The scallops were perfect and the haddock was delicious.

Off the beaten path and totally worth it. The dining room is the old school style but the service and food were outstanding. I had thr baked haddock, large portion and the Ketch fries were super good! The scallops were huge and cooked perfectly. Very nice service as well.
