We stopped at this Pizza Ranch for an early 5:30 supper. I am happy to say that we had a pleasant experience. The food was hot & good & the girls were happy as they did their work. Food was fresh, salad was cold & crisp.
The restaurant can’t help that they are located in a shopping strip that is not active or that the hallway doesn’t smell so fresh.

Food on buffet was old and cold. Chicken wings were hard, dry and still raw in the center. Mashed potatoes had a crusty film on them. The wedges and cross cut fries were cold and hard. The pizza was cold and crust was hard. It is as if the staff sees that their is food is on the buffet and they do nothing to keep it fresh. I have been back a few times thinking it was a maybe an off day, nope, consistently bad food. They have low quality food for a high price. I do not recommend this pizza ranch, it is a complete waste of money. The pizza ranch on Floyd blvd in Sioux City is much better.

It was early and we were the only ones in the dinning room for a good while before anyone else showed up. We had a pizza made which was sooo good. The salad bar is always delicious. We did run into some dried out chicken, which is usually juicey, but a little gravy helped bring it back. The server never prebussed and we had a stack of plates and trash sitting on oir table thru out our visit. Other then that, we LOVE Pizza Ranch and will continue stopping in when we see them!

This used to be the go to Pizza Ranch. Food was always hot and fresh. Employees were happy and willing to help. Unfortunately, I have now been there three times and don’t believe I will be returning for a forth. Also, tried a carry out order this evening and it was so complicated for the employee I elected to get food from another place. Really sad to see the Sgt. Bluff Pizza Ranch go down like this. Hopefully there are some corporate employee that can visit the location and help turn things around.

Best chicken around. Hands down. A wide variety of pizzas specialized to your liking.(dessert pizzas too) Also and amazing salad bar. Dine in, buffet, pickup, and delivery all available for orders. Try the new specialties for fall!!! This includes pretzel crust pizza, pumpkin pie cactus bread, and an oriental salad. All the employees are helpful and kind. I hope you have a LEGENDARY experience at Pizza Ranch in Sergeant Bluff.

Restaurant is ok but the mall its in is showing its age and needs some up keep. Came in the mall side and caught smelly musty carpet type smells. Go in the back entrance and better its only into pizza ranch and not the mall area.

This place is amazing I was starving when I came in here I asked them for fresh mashed potatoes and they made me my own pizza without cheese as part of the buffet!!!!!
