We finally got a reservation and I see what all the noise is about. The food and service are amazing. We had the clam dish and seaweed bread which combined together perfectly. The flavors in the clam dish are 2-3 Michelin Star level IMO. The halibut main dish was artfully prepared and the mole was out of this world. My only recommendation is to provide a wine bottle list when seated and make the beer pours a full pint.

Stunningly good food, one of the best I’ve had in Seattle, or anywhere. Extremely fresh seafood, creative but unpretentious preparations, friendly staff, and very affordable for the quality. My favorites were the razor clam brioche and raw fish appetizers.

We had an exceptional dining experience from the second we walked into seabird until the very end. The precision and intention with the way all the staff treated the customers, the ambiance, and the actual food – plating and taste – was beyond amazing. We felt so special, and so well taken care of, and truly did not have one bite we didn’t drool and gush over. If I could give it 6 stars, I would. Venture over to Bainbridge for this absolute gem of a restaurant, so so worth it! We will be back!

Amazing food. I had the halibut and it was incredible. Unique wines and tasty bread too. I took off a point because we were celebrating a birthday and had brought in a dessert (and checked ahead of time) and they told us they charge $10 PER PERSON to serve it, which seems outrageous (I.e., a corkage fee is by bottle, not glass count). We closed out and ate it elsewhere.

Every dish at Seabird utilized seafood beautifully. The equal star of the halibut ceviche was the carrot, with so much umami. The mussel, clams, and crab dish was cooked in a flavorful sauce, perfect for dipping the seaweed bread with. Service was on point, thoughtful, and kind. Definitely check out this place if you’re on Bainbridge Island!
