Love this place! Way better than Dunkin, that’s for sure. The lucky charms ice latte w cold foam was tasty, not overly sweet and def not bitter. The cake bite was great. I will be back.

I decided to give Scooters a try since they are fairly new here in New Lenox. I always pass it up because it’s inside the Gas N Wash. I purchased my first drink at drive thru and the nice employee told me to download the app so I can start earning points. OK. I downloaded the app, and there it states I can redeem a free drink of my choice as a welcome reward. Awesome, so I thought. At the second visit, I ordered a medium caramel and vanilla coldbrew with coldfoam. When I get to the drive thru and greeted by the manager, I show him the app and tell him I want to redeem my free drink. He scans it and says I owe $4. I asked how if the app clearly states free? He says coldfoam and any additional flavor are both $1.50 each plus tax
What?! The app doesn’t state that in fine print as I stared and reread 5 times! I am also a reward member with DD and Starbucks and you can get any multiple of flavors or choice of dairy and any size for FREE because it’s your reward! Your money=your reward! Period! Scooters can do better especially since 7 Brew is popping up all over. FYI. 7 Brew let’s you customize your drink and whipp cream and coldfoam is free! No thank you Scooters! It’s the principle, if I didn’t have the reward, then I understand YOUR prices, YOUR business practices. But this is petty, do better!

Got a free medium through the app. I ordered it with no problems and proceeded to drive there to pick it up. They don’t pre-make the drinks, they make it when you arrive. I arrived at about 7:30pm.
My drink came out fast and it was probably the best one I’ve had. I’ll definitely go again and I like they have milk alternatives since my wife can’t have dairy.

Isabella helped me and 2 of my kids decide on their drinks. They chose the caramelicious and they love them and we all loved the service. The atmosphere was ok, but the other half of the building was open to a gas station.

Always fast, the drinks are always well-made,My little one likes the Smiley sticker for a fun afternoon treat. Service is usually pretty quick and friendly staff. My favorite is the caramelicious coffee and the breakfast options are SO yummy! Highly recommend !!!

Barely any flavor. It had a vague hint of cinnamon apple or pumpkin at the beginning but from the 1dt 1/3rd down it was just plain blended ice with weak coffee. Paid over 6 bucks for this slop.

I stopped by Scooter’s Coffee this morning, and it absolutely made my day! The staff greeted me with genuine smiles and had my order ready in no time—super fast and friendly service. The coffee was perfect: rich, smooth, and just the right temperature, and my iced latte had that fresh, bold flavor I love. I also tried one of their breakfast sandwiches, and it was so fresh and tasty.
What really stood out was how welcoming the team was—it felt like they actually cared about making my morning better. The drive-thru was quick, but they didn’t rush me at all, which I really appreciate. This will definitely be my go-to spot for coffee runs from now on!

Super friendly staff! They noticed my dog was in the car and offered my dog a pup cup. He was very excited!! I wasn’t sure what to order so I asked to be suprised they gave me the sugar cookie latte. 10/10. My daughter ordered the Mr. Mint. 7.5/10

we ordered 5 items and only 2 were correct but the muffins were literally freezing. we ordered two different burritos and got the two of the same burrito where both were extremely runny and soggy, the consistency is not something you want to eat in a burrito

One of my favorite place to go especially the refreshers are so good, their stuff is so friendly and and very helpful to suggest some better options all the time they made my order so quickly. I definitely recommend this place and the lovely ambience.
