I ordered Donatos for the ONLY time today. It is disgusting. 1) The Cheryl’s cookies do NOT have any date info. 2) The 6 cookies were put in the bottom of the bag before the food. 3) The chicken bacon ranch sandwich is the worst I have ever had. See the pictures!!! The chicken is bland and rubbery. The ranch is EVERYWHERE. 4) NO NAPKINS in the bag. 5) yes it was delivered to my house, but I’m outside by the pool. If I wanted to dry off and go inside I wouldn’t have ordered delivery!!!!

I know we ordered late. About 40 mins before the store closed. We ordered online and in the special instructions I asked for the pizza to be baked well done. unfortunately it wasn’t. Some of the pepperonis were still floppy and looked not cooked. My kids are hungry and they close in 10 mins. I wouldn’t make it back in time.

I had given up on Donatoes pizza for about a year due to the quality of their food and my wife and I decided to give it another try to see if anything had changed. First off, HORRIBLE IDEA. Both of our orders were wrong and didn’t realize it until we got home, hence the reason for this review. Our order was a small pizza with cauliflower crust with mushrooms, pepperoni, sausage and extra cheese. The other one was the works personal pizza. My pizza was not even cauliflower crust which I paid extra for. It was 26 dollars for that and by the time I got home I just chalked it up and threw it in the trash deciding not to drive 25 minutes back to town to “trust” them to fix it! I will NEVER order from this Store again! Absolute horrible service to begin with, pulled right up to the window and made eye contact with the girl working the register and she left me there waiting for 5 min without asking me to hold. This used to be our weekly pizza joint for family pizza joint and I absolutely refuse to spend another dime there. Its completely ridiculous how this continues to happen .
So beware before you choose this store and if you do, Absolutely check your order before driving all the way home before you figure out your order is wrong!

Chain pizza place who is very quick with times for food. Many different options of pizzas and subs. They do serve beer and wine. Individual pizza is a tad small. Staff was very friendly. Price was a little higher than expected but food was very good taste.

Had not been there for a while employees friendly but we noticed a definite change in the taste of the pizza as it reminded us of a much cheaper flavor Not at all what we remembered. Don’t know if it was the quality or change in ingredients but we will not be back. Television was annoyingly too loud.

Pizza is really good. Staff is friendly and fun. Prices are reasonable. Nothing really to complain about at all. Cinnamon bread is fantastic. Wings are pretty run off the mill, nothing spectacular but hey they’re wings, as long as the succeed isn’t nasty (it isn’t BTW) what’s not to like there. Very clean and taken care of. I would give 4.7 stars.

Once again we ordered a double pepp and didn’t get it. Spent over 8 hours driving home from a trip. Hungry and of course, they screwed up our pizza AGAIN! Roscoe’s is way better. No more Donatos.
