Holy cow. They have a big banner in front of the restaurant with a smoothie that’s on special on it. It wasn’t on their menu so I didn’t know what it was. I asked the girl at the drive up window. What? That drink was on the big banner out front. She doesn’t know because there’s a lot of signs. I’m like the big banner out front. She’s like. I don’t know what you are talking about. I’m like you are literally staring at the banner from your window. She goes. I think it’s a smoothie. That was really helpful. I gave up and left.

I am a Scooter’s fan thru, and thru don’t get me wrong! However, the one minor complaint I have is the drink I get, which never changes day to day, doesn’t always taste the same. And I’m not talking a slight difference in taste here, I’m talking an entirely different drink altogether! Thankfully the ones who do make it correct, or the way I prefer I guess, are typically working when I go thru every day, so rarely am I taking the risk of not getting what I want. But when I go to a different location, I never get consistency. And that’s sometimes a bummer. May seem silly I know but at $8 a coffee, I want it perfect! Regardless, I’m a keep coming back!

Waited longer for the receipt than the three drinks since the shift lead running the shop was ignoring me because I questioned the price of my drinks :/ over 4 cars piled up behind me while I was patiently waiting for what I thought they knew I needed (the receipt), I had to wave down the other poor girl working who was clearly uncomfortable. Maybe if it weren’t for the interrupting and the window shutting on us, she could’ve heard us ask the first time.

I placed a mobile order this morning. When I got to the store to pick it up I saw a young man run into the store and then turn the lights on. He said that the opener did not show up. He was very nice and he got my drink out very quickly. He was the only one there, and I work in food also so I understand the struggles of people not showing up and leaving you hanging. I didn’t catch his name but that young man was doing awesome!

I havent had great luck with getting a good coffee at this location. I voiced that to a worker and requested to have my coffee made right. I pull up to pay and he paid for my coffee apologized for my experience. Made my coffee correct. I went there again and thankfully got him and he has always been very nice and can make the best drinks. Darnell thank you so much because of you I will still go to this location.

As others have said, getting your receipt is like pulling teeth — not just with this location, but all Scooters locations. If Scooters wants to be the big dog in town and put their huts on every corner, they need to be willing to OFFER (not just supply when begged) a receipt, napkins and any necessary utensils/condiments with EVERY order.
Also where is the trash can at this location? You should have more than a dumpster given there’s an outdoor table at which to eat. P.P.S. why is this location not on the Scooters app?

I just went to this location today. The gentleman who took our order was very kind and educated us about the Scooters app and the loyalty program. He also made the absolute best vertigo smoothie I have had so far. Thanks so much!

Today I ordered two different flavored hot coffees and they were by far the worst I have ever gotten from a Scooters. This is the second time I have ordered from this location. The first time was bad but not this bad. Both coffees were very watered down. I can only conclude that this franchise owner is cutting back on adding ingredients to make more of a profit. I won’t go to this location ever again and would not recommend going to it especially since there are two other locations within a couple blocks of it that are much better.
