Our goal is to make you smile with every sip, that’s why when you stop by one of our locations you’ll see a smiley face sticker smiling right back at you on every cup. Our coffee begins with responsibly sourcing some of the finest hand-selected beans in the world, and paying farmers and workers a fair wage to help improve their community’s infrastructure. Then, it’s roasted with care and love in small batches, staying true to the art of crafting quality coffee and ensuring a smooth, rich and delicious finish. Poor service. Poor quality drinks. Ordered a LARGE caramel blender. Got medium. I informed them of this error, even said I’d pay for the difference.. instead..they took it and added milk to a large cup which diluted the flavor. So I came back and had it remade…they gave me a medium frothy drink.. barely any ice…with the INCORRECT milk base. They said they were out of the ice cream based milk…if that’s the case why did you offer me the drink and decide to make it with the incorrect base.
These barista said “hope it’s better for you”, with attitude.

Had the best interaction with the employees! I love their peach wave sparkling soda. Found out you can add cold foam to it with any flavor that is in the drink. I had the barista flabbergasted me with the coconut cold foam and absolutely loved it!

The coffee is decent here. Today they asked me 3 times if I wanted to upgrade my coffee size for 25 cents after I repeatedly said no. Then I ordered a burrito and when I got home I discovered a bunch of burnt residue on the bottom. This honestly makes me question their sanitation practices. Not eating anything from here ever again.

I went to Canada and had a Mocha in the coffee shop on the first floor of the Marriott. It was the best mocha I had ever had. I was told what the secret was and have tried it at other places in the area. Nothing has come close to Scooters. The staff is super friendly. I chuckle EVERT TIME I make my order, and I am told to “Scoot around”.

The employees were super nice but the cold brew coffee and the burrito were terrible, they microwaved a frozen burrito in some plastic wrap that melted to the food, some of it was hot and some was still frozen

When you order a blended daydream and it doesn’t come out the right color the right taste and just over half full. But the cashier says they made it right and argues with you so you say “it’s fine and leave”.

I’ve been to many Scooters and I love them, this one specifically was terrible, drive through is kinda built weird but it’s okay, the drink was awful though, I got an Oreo blender and they blended it way too much, the whole thing was watery and chunky and they barely sprinkled some dust on top. I’ve had this same drink a few days ago at another and it was noticeably better

I come here nearly every morning (my wallet hates that for me) and every single time the baristas are beyond kind to me. Sometimes they will write cute little jokes or messages on my cup and my drink is consistently delicious. High praises to the all of the employees that work at this location. They always help to start my mornings with a smile.
