Our coffee begins with responsibly sourcing some of the finest hand-selected beans in the world, and paying farmers and workers a fair wage to help improve their community’s infrastructure. I love this scooters, I literally go every day. They always make my drink perfectly… BUT the price of my drink fluctuates every. Single. Day. Sometimes they charge extra for caramel and then sometimes they don’t. It’s kind of frustrating but oh well. I still love the coffee so that doesn’t really bother me that much. What really irks me is that I also sometimes buy the everything bagel sandwich and 8/10 times it’s COLD: cheese not even melted and the bread and egg is hard and cold. If you guys could just get ur pricing figured out and also make sure you heat the bagels all the way up that would be great. The coffee is the best, and when the bagel is hot it’s the second best… Just please… Get it together guys. Thanks, love ya.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Ordered food and coffee here recently. Our breakfast sandwiches were a sloppy mess in the bottom of our bag. Our muffins were wet for some reason and our coffee was awful. Went back for a refund which took forever because the staff didn’t know how to process one.

Great Service!! I am using that term and could probably use a better word, the workers in that Coffee shop, literally go out of their way to satisfy their customers! They are absolutely wonderful and I’m not from South Dakota sooo?? However I did live there for four months and we went there frequently, they are just very gracious and nice people!Authentic coffee a million times better than Starbucks!!

I really like to get our everything bagels before church but half the time they have cold spots and some spots are super hot. Maybe time to invest in new microwave or to just put them individually….it helps me decide on how much a too should be.

I have been going to the scooters in Brandon for over year… almost everyday. Its my one bad (good) habit. Some drinks are better than others…some days are faster than others. BUT the staff is so kind and the coffee is worth it. As might be expected in a year, it came to a point where I had a bad drink (actually 2 in a row) so I reached out to let them know there may be a training issue. Not only did they respond promptly but they “made it right”. After drinking curdled milk you become a bit concerned about the next drink. Nonetheless, I went back a couple days later because my love for coffee is so strong. I was asked if it was me who reached out about my experience. I said it was and the kind barista apologized again, gave me a free drink, and explained what happened. I am grateful for this little coffee shop in this awesome town. As a business owner myself, I don’t like to have bad experiences but I want to know about them so I can correct them when they happen. That is exactly what happened here. They went above and beyond in making it right. Thanks little Brandon Scooters. You are a great team!
