So I came to this location and attempted to order a large original with chips and a drink, the lady at the drive thru on 9/1/23 at 4:34 stated your total is 21.64 I was shocked at the price so I said well let me change it to a medium sandwich how much is that she stated 9.08 but I can’t change your order because I already put it in the system! What fast food restaurant do you know in America where u can’t void or change an order? If you don’t want to work or if you don’t have hospitality don’t work in the industry!!

The food was delicious for fast food. It was clean and the employees were so sweet and accommodating. Devon was a standout employee. He was busy but calm. Super sweet!!

I can’t imagine how this location is still open. When my wife and I stepped up to the counter the man who would eventually take our order, Devin, was sitting at a table in the restaurant having a phone conversation. Clearly still on the phone, he didn’t say a word to us, he nodded at me as if to ask for my order, then waved his arm towards the chips. While my wife was ordering he laughed out loud, obviously from the phone conversation he was still in. No surprise that he got my wife’s order wrong. We went to sit and couldn’t find a single table that was clean, so we picked one that was mostly crumbs and cleaned it ourselves. I truly hate writing reviews like this, but even at a sandwich chain we should expect at least a bit of courtesy and cleanliness. Just a terrible experience, we won’t be back. I should mention, the sandwiches were good, consistent with all Schlotsky’s.

STORE CLOSES WAY EARLY! I’ve been to this location three times in the last two weeks and every time the location is closed 2 hours early. There is a sign on the door that says “lobby closed -drive thru open” so I went to the drive thru as directed and me there were other vehicles waiting. We waited for quite some time with no response and drove up to the drive thru window…still not an employee in sight so I went to the lobby door and knocked. Sandra(employee said that was her name)made eye contact and ignored me so I continued to knock until she opened the lobby door and I confirmed the store hrs with her to make sure I wasn’t mistaken. She told me that they have “been closing the store early because they have to clean the restaurant”. And then asked me “well what do you want from me?” Other customers were in the parking lot and said they’ve had the same problem with this location. It’s never open at the posted times. One time I went by and two employees were there, sitting in the lobby eating but wouldn’t answer the drive-thru and the lobby was closed….must have been closed early for “cleaning” again. They had a couple of men in there as well that didn’t appear to be customers. I stopped by today to speak to the store manager but no one could get ahold of. This is just ridiculous. I am done dining here but thought I should share if you intent on ordering anytime after 7, go elsewhere!

I ordered from this location thinking they delivered only to find out after placing the order that it they use Doordash. Got a text saying Driver “M” left my order in a safe location. Not sure which location because it wasn’t my address. Attempted to call Schlotzskys directly to find out what happened to my order.

Ordered online and made it to the store 10 minutes past pick up time. When I got to the store, the door had a sign saying drive thru only but there were customers inside. (Side note, this location does this often and after today’s visit I’m sure it is due to lack of staffing). A lady, apparently employee Alicia or something like that, walked up and trying to save her a minute from going inside, I told her what the sign said. She then pulls out her keys and with an attitude tells me to “go through the drive through then”. Bear in mind the instructions on my online order say to go inside and grab my food from where the online orders are and there are customers inside. Alicia then unlocked the door and went inside. Other patrons came outside, also confused, saying Alicia was arguing with other staff about opening the lobby.
