Ive been getting the number 10 roasted beef and cheese from here since early 2010. Always the best of the best in sandwiches. Today I had the same. The beef tasted off, like it was old. It was really chewy as well. I’m going to chalk it up as a one off, but it better not happen again. Service was awesome and the place was really clean.

I’ve always liked this place to eat but there’s not many around and I’ve been to all of them around Houston. Don’t go to the one on I-10 though and gessner that place is dirty. I was shocked but this place here in Tomball is awesome and so is the one in the heights

Most disgusting $15 sandwich ever. One slice of whatever kind of meat and then maybe two slices of ham. complete garbage. Tiny amounts of condiments. This Store gives Schlotzsky’s a bad name.

Nice place, very clean, polite staff and nicely decorated. Christian music playing (which I know is not everyone’s thing, but I found it nice). The reason for 3 stars however is while the food was good is it just way to over priced for what you get. I had a small sandwich, which was $9 and a cookie which was $2.65. . . and both where tiny. Food tasted good but I literally left their and hit Taco Bell down the road for more food. . . then hit Panera Bread to get a real cookie! If budget is not an issue and you are not too hungry then you will enjoy Schlotzsky’s.

I usually don’t come to this location in Tomball because I’m usually disappointed.
I came this time because of my schedule with time and didn’t drive to the farther away one.
The person taking my order was great through the drive thru and at the window, however who ever made my food did not make it correctly. It says on my receipt to be crispy.
I’m 26 weeks pregnant therefore the sandwich I get has bacon…I ask for extra crispy bacon and emphasized that I’m pregnant to make sure it’s cooked extra(I can’t have bacon if it’s not cooked extra because it can hurt the baby).
I didn’t look at my food until I was home and had a feeling I need to check bacon. The bacon wasn’t only not crispy but it wasn’t even cooked like it usually is cooked without being crispy. It was basically undercooked.
Thankfully I noticed and took it all off before eating.
I’m so disappointed. Not sure if it was lack of care or if it was because I had a reward for it to be free, but at any other location I never have had this issue

Ordered online and they barely put any deli meat in the sandwich. I have never had a problem at any other sandwich shop.

My first time eating schlotzskys and probably my last.
I ordered a turkey avocado on jalapeño bread
And a drink
First off I placed the order
Online walked in and waited, finally asked someone and she stood there looking through a stack of receipts and then looked by the register printer and found it
Now there was barely any turkey or avocado and it was not on the bread I requested
Then I went to get my drink, the Tea looked gross so was going to get sprite and it was flat
Wasn’t going to go back up there because there was along line
Tried calling and a machine answered after about 15 rings.
So can’t call them

When you order a $17 sandwich you expect there to be at least meet all the way to the edge of the sandwich. And you would hope there would be more meat than bread! And don’t get me started on how the cinnamon roll looks!
