New to the area and used to frequent our old location regularly. This was kind of a disappointment. Placed a pick up order and upon arrival, even though there was nobody there, no one said a word to me, the digital menu was either off or broken and it was very quiet. I almost felt like the dining room was closed. I Got the food home and was underwhelmed to say the least. Some stuff was good, other items were not worth trying to eat. Some items were cold, a couple items incorrect, and the cinnamon roll centers came in the form of an extra small cinnamon roll that was cold, hard as a rock and lead me to believe that they were days old. I’ll give them another chance but it may take some time for me to trust again.

Food tasted good but the kid at the register had zero customer service. I asked if the broccoli soup was safe for someone with a wheat allergy was told yes, took a bite didn’t feel great looked it up none of their soups are safe. They then put my gluten free sandwich on plate with a salad with croutons which was not ordered with it. When asked about what we were served I was met with I don’t knows. Manager somewhat fixed it but not really.

Service was really good. Food was ok. When you order online, it shows pastrami as a meat option at this location, but it isn’t. They don’t have pastrami, but you can order it. Ordered roast beef on 2 sandwiches, and it was extremely chewy. Meat was cut with the grain instead of against the grain, which made it chewy and fatty. I’m a fan of Schlotzsky’s, but not this location.

My wife and I get the chicken avocado flatbread every time. It is always hot, fresh with lots of avocado on top. Place is a bit expensive, but that’s most fast food places nowadays. We got the pecan Cinnabon today for the first time. It was fresh and good. We’ve never had a bad experience here.

The bread has a delicious favor, the meats are full of freshness and the vegetables are as fresh as the gardens and the sauce has that wang that adds just the right favor to have you licking your lips. 20 yrs of Schlotzskys sandwiches!! Their the best!!!

Not a single person in this building wears hair net! I can’t stand finding hair in my food it’s disgusting! Health code violation number 1 right off! The girl wrapping and bagging food was not wearing gloves second violation. Just not a good place to go to all around..

Scotty is the new manager. He has deep cleaned the store and changed employees. The pizza was delicious and was BOGO free in the app on Wednesdays. Give them another try! New leadership makes a difference. He came out on the patio and introduced himself and checked on our food, etc. We were impressed!

Ordered the Fiesta chicken, didn’t get the jalapeno bun,they remade it, they forgot to give my cinnamon roll,had to go get it, then “Where’s the Meat !” There was more lettuce tomato and peppers than meat on this sandwich !!!! Seems my memory is failing cause everytime I leave, I say I am not coming back, but then I do…. Cinnamon roll was really good.
