I ordered two custom round pizzas, both pepperoni with extra sauce. When I picked them up and got home, the pizzas looked old and dried out, with barely any sauce. I went back to have them remade and asked to speak with the manager. She said the order showed “extra pepperoni,” yet the pizzas were regular pepperoni with nothing extra on them. If that’s what she saw on her screen, I’m not sure where this “extra pepperoni” was supposed to be. After some back-and-forth, they finally agreed to replace the order. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Nah because why was the pizza we ordered ready in less than 5mins. O right old pizza. We come here so often only to be disappointed. Dry burned and with nearly any sauce. Do they not care about the customers. Simply wrong

As we were driving by the Little Caesars store, I remembered the commercial i had seen a few days ago. They were advertising some new menu items, that were quite different and definitely visually appealing. I had to make a u-turn, stop by, and pick up dinner. I purchased new menu items, that are available for a limited time. I got a half pepperoni and half breadstick Pizza, (Why didn’t I think of that?) their new Crazy Puffs, (4 muffins for 4 bucks) which are hand size muffin-looking calzonees, filled with sauce, Pepperoni’s, and cheese, baked to perfection. For dessert, their new Cookie Dough Brownies, (also 4) that melt in your mouth. These are no really brownies, they are made with, oh so soft brownie bottom, layered with cookie dough, and sprinkled with mini M&Ms. These alone, are with the trip. It was a crowd pleaser, with no complaints, and at a great value price. I am planning to go back tomorrow, and stock up on pizza, for the Boxing match on Pay Per View. I suggest to you try them for yourself.

Lazy cuttings uneven slices. Some were very big and others very small slices.
All toppings were in the middle. When trying to grab a slice, all toppings fell off.
They work the lazy way.
And no ranch for my wings.

Dirty store, made me wait 30+ minutes for a single pizza and the manager was super rude, was making pizza while also cleaning at the same time with no gloves, they need the health department here ASAP. 03/05/26 9:30pm.

So I have been a loyal customer to this Little Caesars pizza in particularly.. I am a fan of their pizza , chicken wings , and bread sticks.. Today was a little different because I went to get my usual… But im giving this Little Caesars a 3 star today only because they made me wait outside for my order when there was no one inside .. And they have a sign that says 3 people allowed in the store… I was disappointed because I was an already paid customer, who once they got my money said ehh he can wait outside till hos orders done so we can get more people in here…. Now I will still come back… Just disappointed today especially since its cold amd hella windy

The only reason I had an issue was the app, when I didn’t know what happened in the app. I didn’t even know if I filled the order for a special right, at the end I was in a rush, and had to pay more then expected. The guy in front didn’t know what I was taking about (I didn’t speak Spanish) he brought over someone else to talk to me. I don’t know if she was the manager or what, but said she couldn’t do anything since I paid online. Had to hurry and pay, but wanted to ask she really couldn’t nothing. She walked away, tried getting her attention and another lady that was next to her say me trying to wave her down, but she didn’t said anything. Only when I had to go.

I was astounded that I paid 18.97 for one hot and ready and buffalo wings. 9.99 for an order of wings? Then when I got home, I opened the pizza and it looked dry and dehydrated, like it had been in the warmer for hours. The little girl at the counter speaks very softly and I dont know, I dont think they care much. Little caesars isnt that cheap anymore and definitley can get a better value at Speedys just up the street. Just will have to wait a bit longer. Dont think I ll be coming back to Little Caesars, the pizza lately here has been really terrible. I went at 1230pm on a sunday, and no one was there. Now I know why.

So, here’s the thing. The employees usually get it right. But it’s usually with the males there. Please don’t misunderstand me. The girls there are capable. But only ONE of them is always on point. The other two…. not so much, they usually aren’t friendly and they usually have an attitude while taking your order. The pizza is usually fire though. I recommend this little Cesars. But during the morning and early afternoon.

I normally don’t complain but I got the EXTRA MOST BESTEST, most Cheese, most Pepperoni, and honestly it was like the regular Hot N’ ready. It wasn’t cheesy or hot, it was dry! I went to a different one and the cheese was like nicely melted, even when you take a bite from a slice it taste awesome.
