My experience was amazing! Brooke took my order and was so patient for my kids, she did ask a lot of questions but I think they make her. She asked if I wanted crowns for my kids, she was so sweet and helpful.

I came through the drive through and ordered some food with my fiancé. They had to park us because it was 10:30 at night to make fresh food. There was a mix up between my car and another so we got the wrong food but Jordan that was working drive thru was really nice and apologized repeatedly and fixed my order with a smile. He seemed to be having a rough night but was still super great!

Edit 9/21/24 there’s now two drive thru lines. The second drive thru is a joke. Few times I’ve watched multiple cars from the other line go before me. Cars that got there after I did. Secondly, 15 dollars for a small whopper meal is ridiculous. The quality and some of the attitude from the workers certainly don’t match the prices for mediocre food. I really don’t know how this place and BK in general stays in business!
Paying sit down restaurant prices for what is supposed to be affordable fast food.

Update 10/6/23. Make sure you get your receipt in drive thru. That way when they screw up by not giving you your complete order (that was read back to you to confirm before pulling up) you can go in with proof. This time i didn’t get a receipt, and of course they left out my kids onion rings that i paid for. And of course instead of doing the right thing and giving him what we ordered when i sent him in, they told him “no, you didn’t order them”. This place just keeps getting worse. If the next closest bk wasn’t 5 miles away on the busiest road around here, i wouldn’t come back here!

Waited 16 minutes in line for 2 bacon cheeseburgers. There’s literally a small piece of bacon on them. I had to post a picture.

Update 3/28/22. Adding to my previous review almost 1 year ago. OMG! Only reason I go back is because my kid likes their chicken nuggets! I’m not a fussy person, honestly. But I swear this place gets worse and worse with quality control! Burgers are seriously half ass thrown together, cheese is NEVER cooked and any of the “top dollar burgers” are seriously covered in the sauce they put on them. Half stack of napkins isn’t enough while eating one burger! And let’s say you don’t want to over pay on a combo so you order from the “value menu”. The picture I uploaded is supposed to be a RODEO BURGER! Seriously! This isn’t the first time and honestly I’m getting a little ticked!

First off, for the last few WEEKS I’ve gone there, I’ve gotten the same thing after ordering all our food which is “OH BY THE WAY WE HAVE NO ICE” ! SERIOUSLY, NO ICE! So we get to pay full price for our meals and get a piss warm soda to gulp down. Yay!

Secondly, I didn’t have to be told that the company was bought over and BK is now owned by someone else. Because right around the time it was sold, i along with friends noticed the food quality took a dump and prices went up. I’ve been going there for 40 years and being a fast food place it wasn’t all that bad. Now that the new owners took over, it’s just a joke. An over priced joke.

Ever since they added a second drive thru they have gotten slower and don’t give turns. Constantly getting skipped in line now. Wait time can be upwards of 20 minutes because someone that pulls into the line next to you can get picked 1st. Had 3 people in the the 2nd drive thru pull up after I had already been sitting in the other one for 20 minutes and all three of those cars were scene before me. Place is a joke. Fast food more like slow food. Also more than half the time you can tell the burgers have been pre made and are cold a nasty by the time you get them. Honestly this BK has gone down hill in the last 5-10 years

The first mistake was ordering through the app ahead of time- because once they have your money, you’ll be stuck waiting in the drive thru for 35 minutes.

The second mistake was leaving the window when they said they had fixed the mistake (no bacon on burgers, no sauces, no pie) and gave us the bag back.

The third mistake was leaving the restaurant after they again claimed to fix that same issue- they did not :).

That’s on me for believing people are capable of doing their job in 2025.

The morning crew is a joke. They were being snide, sarcastic, and all around arrogant. I usually only eat at this fast food location out of any other nearby. However that ends now. Never coming here again

Stopped in and ordered the $6 Box King Spicy Chicken because the place wasn’t to busy for inside dinning. The ordered was prepared quickly and the staff friendly. The dinning room was clean and presentable.

Unfortunately the meal was not. Opening up Chicken sandwich I was presented with a sloppy mess. The top it off I had to sit under a sign that displayed what the sandwich was supposed to look like.

Horrible. My son picked up a whopper junior and small fries for my dad. When did they start cutting their sub rolls to use as a hamburger bun? The same with the double cheeseburger. The hamburger was hanging out of the sides. So not acceptable. I have pictures of the junior whooper. I should have take them of the double cheeseburger too. Do NOT go to this BK on West Shore Rd!

They never get the order right! I’ve given them a few chances. Always missing stuff it completely made wrong. They don’t give refunds with they crew up. Very poor customer service. Stay away from this BK huge disappointment

Orders are never right. Ordered an impossible burger they gave me a double bacon burger. Drive all the way back to get it fixed and this is what they gave me, a patty and buns. Don’t waste your time at this Burger King
