Had a big order for a company lunch. for some reason the Internet went down in the middle of my order. it gave me a confirmation sheet, (HOWEVER the order didn’t go through). I got worried when no one showed up with the food. SO I called the store. The Manager on 8/29/2023 Jumped into action. they got my order (30 box lunches) done pretty quickly and delivered them. What a way to save Lunch!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! We will be Using them more often for company events!! Thank you for your customer dedication!!

Very good food. I love the beefy smokey cheesy sandwich. I get coupons in the mail and absolutely love when they arrive. Staff for the most part is amazing. Occasionally, items are missing, but I never have push back when I advise some items are missing. Will continue to go here.

They rarely ever allow Dine in and they are only open when it is convenient for them Been here several times and have only been able to sit here and eat twice have posted hours that they never follow and most generally when you call they are Either not going to answer or they will tell you to go through the drive-through that. That is the only way that they will serve you.

It’s insane for a fast food chain to have their lobby clothes at 3 PM everyday. Not only was the lobby closed but when I went in the drive-through it took the guy 5 minutes to respond to me. A truck cut in front of me and went to the window and and the guy taking my order said my order said I would have to wait until the truck was done ordering. Then when I get to the window he tells me the guy in the truck was with a delivery service and was just start to pick up food. By far the worst experience I have ever had at a schlotzsky’s deli
