This is the third time my flat bread has been so hard to chew . Also the bacon on the California Flat bread was like chewing a brick. I was hungry when I ate it but I just couldn’t take the pain of chewing anymore . I usually give this place 5 stars and actually I’ve let them slide 2 times this time I couldn’t it’s like my food got worse every time ! This saddens me as I like this place and the concept I hope they start back making fresh food .My mouth hurts now

I went to get myself and my daughter some of their potato soup as we are both sick but when I got home, it was so thin and watery. The potatoes were not cooked long enough either. I don’t know who made the soup this time but it was not good.

I’ve been going to this place 3-4 times a week for the last month. I’m addicted to the California chicken Flatbread and the bacon smokecheesy sandwich with roasted chicken on the jalapeño sour dough bread. And I get a Cinnabon when I’m on my fat girl ish. I order on the app and go thru the drivethru and I’m there less than five minutes most times.

I can honestly admit, I’m a total cheapskate when it comes to a quick and cheap lunch. I decided to treat myself today after being locked down with ice and snow to what I thought was going to be a better or good lunch in Flowood, MS on Lakeland Drive. I can’t begin to explain the level of quality and freshness of the lunch I ordered; it was amazing to say the least! I tend to spend $2 to $4 through apps and deals at fast food restaurants whether it’s a burger, bakes potato, chili, hashbrowns, or just fries. Today I went outside of the box, I used the extremely user free Schlotzskys app on my phone and ordered my lunch for a great price. Not only was the staff completely welcoming, friendly, and professional, the quality and accuracy of my order was amazing! I’m not sure they will ever see this, but I would like to say, “Thank You All!” The salad was so good, I’d highly recommend it or any salad to anyone. The sandwich was a small, and it was perfect with the salad and amazing not to mention affordable for the quality. By the way, it was my first time eating here and the initial experience was absolute perfection! This will definitely not be my last visit. I’m very critical about spending too much on my lunches, but this was definitely worth every last cent. And when I asked for an extra bit of salad dressing, there was no hesitation, just a smile and a fulfillment of my request. I can’t say enough, thank you, and I’ll be back!!
