I guess for many people this is normal and even desirable, that’s why I leave it 3 stars instead of one but since today I wouldn’t recommend to anyone I know.
I’ve been coming to Noodle for many years-more than a decade. Yesterday, I was in the area and my son and I actually came twice.
I would be remiss to not mention some of the bad experience.
For starters the service was extremely slow, and the waitress said that they didn’t have any “clean glasses so it would be a wait for water.”
The fact that I eat like a pescatarian means no chicken or beef when I don’t order it. All 3 of the soups I ordered contained chicken. Me veggie sampler did as well which ruined my appetizers both visits.
My mother refused to eat the soup as she called it “nasty”.
I spent $31 or so the first visit, paid with a $50. The waitress was black with braids and glasses, and nice, but just slow and distant.
My second time coming I spend $80, and took it to go as a storm was brewing. An Asian lady opened the door for my son and I. A blonde black lady checked me out at the bar.
I had to use the restroom and my son always stands near the door since he’s so young. The area in the back had an air cleaner, but stunk like sewage! I have no idea what that smell was, but it made us both feel sick.
I needed to express these concerns because I feel that your company should know the good and the bad. I hope that if we ever come this location again, our experience will improve.
Lastly, when I pulled in, a lady was booted and blocking the entire driveway, and I had to maneuver and re-enter on another side because the rude booter guy, wouldn’t let us go around her.
The entire experience was a disaster.
