I stopped by the Sbarro at Yorktown Mall and had a great experience. The staff behind the counter were very friendly and welcoming, which really stood out. I ordered the baked ziti combo with a breadstick and a drink, and everything came out hot and fresh.
The baked ziti was hearty and comforting — loaded with pasta, plenty of melted cheese, and topped with a generous layer of sauce. It tasted just right for a quick mall meal, filling without being too heavy. The breadstick was the real surprise: baked golden with seasoning and a little crunch on the outside, but still soft and warm inside. Perfect for dipping into the ziti sauce.
The portion sizes were generous, the food came out quickly, and the seating area upstairs by the big windows was clean with a nice view out to the parking lot and trees. It made for a relaxed lunch break.
Overall, this Sbarro feels like a solid choice when you’re at Yorktown Mall — friendly people, tasty pasta, and fresh bread that hits the spot.

Service was great. Employees were very pleasant and enthusiastic with serving you. Pizza was fresh and hot. I got Hawaiian style, stuffed pepperoni and sausage, and garlic breadsticks. Breadsticks were soft and delicious. Prices were moderate for food court prices.

Food was terrible the spaghetti tasted like rubber and not much sauce also came with a breadstick which was extremely hard and had hardly any flavor. The Salad was okay. But for paying 16.00 and it not tasting good was not good for me. I will not be returning back.

Whoever manages this food stall needs a raise. All the food looks amazing. Probably the best looking mall food stall I have ever seen. It looked like a genuine pizzaria. It made us choose to eat here. We just got bread sticks bc we just needed a snack but we will be back…yes…to a mall food stall to eat dinner.

I ordered the mac and cheese, and I got the runs in the next 15 minutes that kept coming and going for a few hours…Not only did it sereverly upset my stomach, the pasta wasn’t cooked and and cheese was sooo watery, not even cheesy at all! ALSO they really tried not filling the container…worker admitted to us that the manager told them to skim food portions on purpose…very disappointed…

Love their Pasta, Stromboli, and Pizza! They have some delicious food items.
Concerns:
The staff can be stingy with portions. I remember when they used to really fill the containers with pasta, now they don’t do that.
If they run out of something other than Pizza they will not make more if you ask. I think they have certain “Times” that they remake things.
They really push for tips, kind of makes things uncomfortable. I love supporting our servers and tip generously but to tip them for just putting my food in a takeout container or on a plate kind of seems excessive.
Pay cash….Sometimes I have been charged extra for credit card. Just be mindful.

They are so disgusting! They drop the utensil and still use them!! They use their bare hands while handling the food the pizza makes don’t even use gloves half of the time and go back and forth touching multiple items and then proceeding to touch the dough the place is very nasty and also they re-use the pizza if the person did not want it they give it to the next person if it’s the same Order

14 bucks for a slice, and one side is kinda crazy. I know times are changing, but that’s still the cost of a meal at some places. It could at least come with a drink. The pizza was not great either. i got the bacon sausage pizza, and there was barely bacon or cheese on the pizza. The sausage didn’t have fennel and was tasteless.
