Went up there for some slushies and my daughter wanted something special. The 3 girls that worked there at night time did a awesome job making her a unicorn delight or what my son calls a unicorn glaze slushy it looked awesome and was so delicious. They also made my son a really cool nerd slush.

Worst. Sonic. I’ve ever been to. The service always takes forever. I don’t know what those employees are doing in there but work is the least of it. You must have terrible management. I’ve worked in service long enough that it always starts there at least. I almost always order the ultimate meat breakfast burrito, which according to your menu is egg, cheese (2- shredded and sauce), sausage, bacon and tatie tots. Now I want you to look at the pictures of what I actually got. Only egg and sausage. And there seems to be blue dye splattered all over the tortilla. One word for you. Abysmal. Legit. You should shut that place down before giving people food, that they pay for, like this, ever.

Me and my husband came through the drive thru and Tykersha took our order. When we got to the window she made sure she repeated our order just to make sure it was correct. She made sure she gave us our straws and she was just sure a delightful person. She has some of the best customer service I have experience in a while. The food was hot and our order was done pretty quickly. When we are on 65 we will always stop there.

Waited 25 minutes for our food, and drinks were wrong. I’ve waited an additional 10 minutes for the drinks. We also didn’t get sauce, and was told it might take another 10 minutes to get those. The hop is super unfriendly. Not a great experience when you just want decent food and to get back on the road.

Went at 9:30 am. business hours show they open at 8. You can see employee vehicles. Pushed the button twice no one answered. Couldn’t make an order due to a complete lack of customer service.

This is the worst food in the world… I have had bad service before but bad food is definitely not good for business… Salt .. very heavy… Didn’t even get what I ordered… And they say come back… What for you to do even worse… SMH. Training is very well needed…. Signed a pissed off customer

Food is great, so much better than fast food. Easily accessible, large parking. Drinks are always cold and refreshing. Top item are the mozzarella sticks, served almost immediately, virtually no errors of your order, line moves at a steady pace

Absolutely AWFUL experience. Ordered food- was very descriptive in what I wanted. A burger, no cheese, add bacon. I got a cheeseburger. I pushed the button and the lady FINALLY said they would make another….never came out. I finally just left. I am beyond irritated. These people just don’t care at all about their customers. No napkins, no sauces, awful food quality….PLEASE don’t waste your time with this place or their incredibly rude, incompetent staff.
