This has always been my favorite pizza place since I was younger. Im sad to say it is no longer worth a dime. This is the second time recently I have received an awful, non editable pizza from them. Its burnt and I ordered extra cheese and pepperoni. RIP to the old Sbarros.

The food was mediocre, the service was aweful. They just seem to ignore you and push you through the line, we were the only people there to get pizza so the rush didnt make any sense other than the people not caring. I would rather go the the gas station thats like a mile away for pizza than go here again.

You have to order your own individual pizza if you want fresh. The stuff sitting under the heat lamp is usually dried up looking. The girl that is always there definitely has no customer service skills. I’m sure her bad attitude has lost you business. Why does no one ever answer the phone? Why does it always close early when it’s supposed to close at 7:00? I’ve been there at 5:45 and no one’s there. The last large pepperoni pizza I bought was horrible. I don’t know what they did or didn’t do. I’m going to assume it was probably because it was about an hour before closing. I recommend you don’t go here for dinner.

The best pizza in all of Tucson, AZ! They are kind people willing to go to the ends of the earth just to take care of you. My food is always fresher than any other pizza place I have been too. I’ve seen a lot of mean customers and I don’t understand that because this is my favorite pizza.

Pizza is ok. Overpriced, counter girl needs to het a personality or be educated that her salary comes from the customers she gives attitude to. Also, picked up our pizzas at 6:05 pm, and she immedistely turned all the lights off. They are supposed to be open until 7 pm. Guess that explains, at least partially, why they never answer the phone when you try yo call at just after 6 pm for a pick-up. Used to be great service, new employees just don’t care.

Today 12-03-21 I took my daughter to her favorite pizza place. She didn’t like one if her cheese slices because she said it tasted old and I told her I would get her another slice. I went up to asked for one and the guy put it in to heat up. Then he took out another fresh pizza. I asked can I have a piece of that one instead? He rolled his eyes at me. And I asked him “Are you rolling your eyes at me?” He ignored me. His General manager was right there and I asked him are you going to say anything or apologize. He said no he didn’t see him roll his eyes with lots of attitude. And then he said fine I will talk to him later. The eye roller came over and said if I rolled my eyes I’m sorry. NO! NOT ACCEPTED SINCE HIS APOLOGY WAS WITH ATTITUDE. I was not even trying to get a refund on the first piece. I was just going to order another. I hate asking for refunds on food so I never do. Keep in mind this was the general manager and the team lead behaving this way. I am I’m the business of customer service and sales. I would never tolerate anyone treating a client/customer like that. It is clear to see he has learned his customer service from his General Manager.

Okay I have to say…We have had a lot of Pizza claiming to be authentic New York Pizza but this restaurant has fit the bill. This is hands down the best pizza I’ve had and that’s saying a lot considering my husband is from NYC. We will be ordering from you again! Great job!!!
