You have to order your own individual pizza if you want fresh. The stuff sitting under the heat lamp is usually dried up looking. The girl that is always there definitely has no customer service skills. I’m sure her bad attitude has lost you business. Why does no one ever answer the phone? Why does it always close early when it’s supposed to close at 7:00? I’ve been there at 5:45 and no one’s there. The last large pepperoni pizza I bought was horrible. I don’t know what they did or didn’t do. I’m going to assume it was probably because it was about an hour before closing. I recommend you don’t go here for dinner.

The best pizza in all of Tucson, AZ! They are kind people willing to go to the ends of the earth just to take care of you. My food is always fresher than any other pizza place I have been too. I’ve seen a lot of mean customers and I don’t understand that because this is my favorite pizza.

Today 12-03-21 I took my daughter to her favorite pizza place. She didn’t like one if her cheese slices because she said it tasted old and I told her I would get her another slice. I went up to asked for one and the guy put it in to heat up. Then he took out another fresh pizza. I asked can I have a piece of that one instead? He rolled his eyes at me. And I asked him “Are you rolling your eyes at me?” He ignored me. His General manager was right there and I asked him are you going to say anything or apologize. He said no he didn’t see him roll his eyes with lots of attitude. And then he said fine I will talk to him later. The eye roller came over and said if I rolled my eyes I’m sorry. NO! NOT ACCEPTED SINCE HIS APOLOGY WAS WITH ATTITUDE. I was not even trying to get a refund on the first piece. I was just going to order another. I hate asking for refunds on food so I never do. Keep in mind this was the general manager and the team lead behaving this way. I am I’m the business of customer service and sales. I would never tolerate anyone treating a client/customer like that. It is clear to see he has learned his customer service from his General Manager.

Okay I have to say…We have had a lot of Pizza claiming to be authentic New York Pizza but this restaurant has fit the bill. This is hands down the best pizza I’ve had and that’s saying a lot considering my husband is from NYC. We will be ordering from you again! Great job!!!

Pizza is ok. Overpriced, counter girl needs to het a personality or be educated that her salary comes from the customers she gives attitude to. Also, picked up our pizzas at 6:05 pm, and she immedistely turned all the lights off. They are supposed to be open until 7 pm. Guess that explains, at least partially, why they never answer the phone when you try yo call at just after 6 pm for a pick-up. Used to be great service, new employees just don’t care.

Food was okay but the service was terrible. The lady in the store has an attitude and she behaves like I owe her a million dollar. I went there for a Spinch Stromboli and a slice of Pizza Hawaii, and they were overpriced. They also gave me a hard time checking out. Their card reader is so old fashioned that I could not use chip or Apple Pay. I had to go back to my car in a 100 degree summer to grab another card, and the rude lady asked me to wait in the line again. Bu the time I finished my shopping my food was already cold, and they refused to heat I up again. Moreover they didn’t have me any napkin so I have to go back to ask for few! Worst dining experience ever in a shopping mall food court. I will suggest any one go to Tucson Mall Food Court instead oof here. It is cheaper and the service is better.

This place should be ashamed to call themselves a pizza place. I bought 4 slices and one slice tasted so bad. I could not eat it. The crew would not even exchange it. They wanted another slice. The only reason anyone eats there, is because we don’t have a choice at this mall. I recommend eating at Charley’s. Thanks for not having any customer service.

This was such a bad experience!!! I was trying to order but no one was upfront, they were in the back on there phone with headphones in. I had to yell to get her attention. I went to order and she never even acknowledged me. She told me my price which was $5.18 and I gave her 5.20 and she gave me a old dime and Penney back. I told her it was the wrong change, she took the dime and never gave me anything back and waited for me to walk away. I never want to eat at this place again. You should work better with your employees and provide good service.

Pizza is pretty good but over price. The portion is generous. I give them a low rating because the workers on the weekend have there masks down while around the food. Charlies right next to them does not have this problem.
