Made a order over the phone, and I gotta say that Francisco was very friendly and helpful, he made sure to accommodate and have my food hot and ready by the time I come pick up. I ordered spinach stromboli, and it was delicious. This location is by far better than fashion mall one or downtown.

I have honestly never seen a crew work as slow as this crew in my life. That being said, pizza was great, the resturant was clean, but no one moved with a purpose or like they care. Specific types of pizza were sold out and when asked if there were more of that type (wife has extreme dietary restrictions) the server didn’t even know the pizza was out despite the entire tray being empty. The server moved extremely slow. There was also a deal going on, 2 slices of pizza and a drink for $10.99. I told the server that’s what we wanted, and the cashier rang us up for two individual pizzas with NO drink and it costs $2 more than the deal. The server “gave us a free drink” to make it right- even though we already paid MORE than the advertised deal. Service was not adequate or efficient from a business standpoint. It was painful to watch. 1/5 for service, 5/5 for food and cleanliness. The crew either needs to be paid more, so they are happy to work there, or retrained, or both.

This Sbarro’s location is not the best. I purchased a thick crust slice and it had more dough than toppings. The crust was slightly overcooked and there wasn’t enough sauce. Also, I felt it was slightly overpriced. I’ve purchased slices of pizza at other restaurants that offered a better product at a cheaper price. At least their staff was friendly and somewhat accommodating. Overall, not to impressed.

The management should look into hygiene. The staff are using the same gloves that they were wearing to mop the floor and wipe the counter to pick up the pizza. That is unhygienic. It’s a turn off. I cancelled my orders. And I agree with the reviews here service is very slow. 2 at the back and 1 mopping floor!

The food is very good. The service is probably 3 out of 5. Price 0 out of 5, this was my biggest problem with this place. They sell there fountain drinks for four dollars and only give you one refill when they are probably making over 200% profit, so we just got water. Another problem was they charged everyone for none cash payments. I don’t like places only out for profit.

Pizza is amazing I love it, my wife loves it and my kids love it! Always order two slices, and end up lining up again for another 2! They also offer free refills! I didn’t even know but the cashier told me so and I really appreciated that little piece of info. Pizza always tastes great and fresh, will continue to come here.

Really flawed menu experience. I was ordering food for my kids, the menu said nothing about macaroni and cheese and we couldn’t see that that was an option from the order area. We ordered pizza slices and made our way down the line when my 6 year old started crying for the Mac and cheese once it came into view. Had I known they had that, she could have ordered what she wanted.

I’ve always have a great experience when visiting this location. Everything always taste fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly and have great customer service! Francisco siempre nos atiende bien y tiene muy bien servicio al cliente. 5/5 i would recommend!
