We came here to grab a quick slice before going into the conference center. Two slices and a drink for $10. Not great pizza and a bit expensive for what you get but is pretty quick. The restaurant is clean and has about 3-4 tables inside and some outdoor seating. Probably would not be my first choice to go back.

Purchase 2 slices of pizza and 2 drinks at this restaurant. Unfortunately some rude customer touched the lip of both cups and I requested new cups. The person who said he’s the owner told me it’s my problem and would not give me two cups. I asked for the drinks to be refunded he requested that I refund everything including the pizza. As much as I looked forward to the pizza, I gave all bCk per his request. Horrible customer service!!!

This was probably the most bland spaghetti I’ve ever had. It just wasn’t good. It was close to the convention center so the location is convenient. The line snaked in the restaurant around the dining tables. I’m not sure I’d want to eat here. Too many distractions with people standing, talking, and moving while I’m trying to eat. They ran out of salad and had only pasta salad at 11am. Bags are 5 cents but I wasn’t asked if I wanted one. I’m a frugal person so having the option to save should have been offered. The pizza looked pretty good.

This little Italian deli style restaurant was a delight, very clean and well maintained. Yes, I know it is a chain restaurant, usually located in a mall, but I was on a business trip and I was impressed by the service and quality of the food. I tried the Stromboli, pizza by the slice and the lasagne. Every one of the staff are extremely friendly. The food tastes fresh and very affordable. It sits external of the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, intersection of 7th and L streets. I will definitely be a repeat customer whenever I am back in this area. Bon apetit! I usually take a picture of half eaten plate. I enjoyed it so well, it would have looked odd taking a picture of an clean happy “plate”.

Ok so I found that if I joined the Sbarro Society and I purchased a drink at the Sbarro that I was able to get a free XL slice of Pizza. Turns out that “this location is a franchise and only corporate locations do that…… I mean we just don’t do it….. yeah we don’t that” is the dialogue I received when trying to redeem my coupon in which they never looked at. Well in the Society now so I guess they will let me in on which locations actually take the coupon. They were rude actually pretty mild tempered and relax but they were very sort with me. It did rub me the wrong way that the employee were sitting eating pizza …. probably a free slice

I probably eat here like once a week. Honestly, for me it’s the convenience of the location. Not to mention that it’s really good pizza. As an uber driver it’s one of the places where I can get a quick bite to eat while busy driving downtown. Parking can be tough sometimes but the area is busy so there are cars coming in and out of street parking spaces.
And I can’t say enough about how friendly the staff is. They always make me feel welcome and I can see them making the pizza right in front of me so I know it’s always freshly made. The bathroom is always clean as well and readily accessible. And it’s very affordable!

Good pizza for less than $6.00. They also have other prepared food, like meats, salads and sides, but I went with pizza. The service is relatively fast and it is a place for a quick bite. I work in the area and it’s one of my favorite options for lunch – slice of pizza, kin of New York style lunch :). Also, considering that the chain exists since 1956, it’s reliable and proven with a time. Interior is simple and ascetic.
