Please believe any bad review on here about this store and im starting to think NEGATIVE of Dominos itself. Checked every bad review I could to see if mine was similar and it was if not worse. I have yet to be reached out by someone from the store or corporate. The automated emails are very pointless and just lead you to a dead end. PLEASE PICK ANOTHER STORE OR ANOTHER FRANCHISE AT THIS RATE. I am still open to someone making this right.

I had my pizza delivered to the wrong address, and wanted to get a refund as I did not want to use this location again including past problems. They told me that only the general manager can do a refund. Now, it has been over a month , and Dominos has not contacted me for a refund. I am truly disappointed at the level of customer service given at this location. Unfortunately, the other Dominos in Williamsburg can not deliver to my address.

It took over 45 minutes to get pizzas from this location while we were visiting for a Girl Scout trip. The location was short staffed and all our pizzas were uncooked. I have tried contacting the location for a refund since JULY and they have been completely unresponsive. I also tried to contact the corporate office 4 times with no response. I, unfortunately, have not ordered Domino’s since. BOOOOOOOO

Waited way too long for delivery which was okay, I can understand a busy crazy time. However my pizza and chicken was barely warm, the pizza didn’t have one of the toppings that was paid for, and the chicken bites… well many of them were barely a bite. I get a free medium pizza but honestly this was just a lack of care for the recipient. We were hungry so we ate it.
Update, I reviewed the reviews and I feel I should no longer be nice.. everything was awful. And sucked. But we were hungry.

I ordered a thin crust with extra ham and extra mushrooms from the store on Merrimac Trail in Williamsburg Virginia. When it arrived, it had very few toppings and a good portion of it was burnt. I do have pictures if needed. I called the store and was told that all they could do was give me credit for the missing extra toppings and that thin pizzas come out more done because they are thin. I understand that, but I have ordered this exact pizza many times and have never had it arrive burnt. I do not feel that this is acceptable, nor does it meet the guarantee on the box that states you will “make it right” if I am not completely satisfied.

This location does not follow it’s business hours. The ignorant woman that was still inside the store at 11:30pm just stared at me while trying to CALL THE STORE while standing outside. Wouldn’t say anything just kept playing on her phone while playing with pizza toppings. She walked to the back when she saw me start taking photos. By far the ABSOLUTE worst experience I’ve had with domino’s.
