Absolutely lovely place to eat at. Me and my other half make this a default. You may be spending 10-13 on a deal, but its a good one that will leave you with leftovers. I suggest the combos bc you can add fried rice and a spring roll, main dish is served in takeout with the rice already together, so dont expect like double portions?

Excellent food. Always hot and delicious! This is a small family business. Usually you enter to find the kids reading and doing homework and helping out. The prices are reasonable for the portions, and much better than prices at lesser quality places. We highly recommend supporting this small business because it really is great food!

The food was good. I appreciated that it was made fresh while we waited and it tasted like original Chinese food that you would expect. The have many varieties of food and sodas to pick from. My biggest complaint were the prices– not that they were too expensive, but that they seemed to be made up! They had one price on the sign, another price on the specials menu, and we were charged a different price altogether.

It’s been a while since we last ate here. That was long before COVID. Our stopping had nothing to do with food quality. We found another Chinese restaurant that offered a buffet. Since COVID, buffets have been closed and everything is takeout. So we thought we’d give the Golden Dragon another try. We’ve gone twice and both times the food has been hot, fresh and delicious. And you get a lot of food. You have two options in size. A pint and a quart. We got the quart size and got three meals out of them. But that depends on how much you eat. I’m a pretty good eater although not as much as when I was younger. The last time we tried their egg rolls and they are very good! Can’t wait for our next time. There are three tables in the restaurant, which is on the small side, and so far we haven’t seen anyone eating in. Can’t say why that is, but they are busy with take out orders.
