Stayed at the Best Western and had dinner here a couple of nights.. The staff are like night and day. Excellent service at the bar.. Not so good at the tables. The prices are really good especially during happy hour and the food was tasty. Would definitely recommend Savory but suggest bar seating for the best experience.

Have been going to savory and before that the poor man’s pub for years ! This was our first time back in 4-5 years due to health issues and then covid . well my beef dip was OK but it is like they have lost interest . Went to watch live music which they always had Thursday Friday Saturday for years well saw a great band Friday night but they were dead as far as business ,we went down tonight oh a Saturday night a 6pm and they are closed ????When you are staying at the BW hotel you want to be able to park the car and eat and drink .

My entire stay at the Best Western this place was not open. Even on a Saturday night when the hotel was pack. This place was not open. I was told that the person that owns this place, is rarely open. Honestly just wasted space.

We hired Savory Downtown to cater our small, COVID style rehearsal dinner for our wedding last weekend. As usual, Jay and his team knocked it out of the park: delicious food, top-notch service that makes you feel like you’re part of the family and an overall stellar experience. Catering and food service is really challenging during these strange times and I have to hand it to Jay for going above and beyond to make sure that our event was special despite the new and different ways of doing things. Bravo to Savory for getting creative so that catering can still happen! We are so grateful for their willingness to work with us on a totally custom menu, and for delivering (as usual) great food and great service. Highly recommend!

We were from out of town and planning a wedding in the area. We used Savory for the rehearsal dinner and reception. Everything turned out great. Food was delicious and the staff was very friendly and professional. Had a little glitch with the linens and they covered for us. Packed up all the leftovers so we were able to enjoy a second day!

I have never had service so poor and pathetic until I came to this establishment. I don’t know if the waitress was just having an off day or what the issue was but she would take 15-20 minutes to come check our table and this was near the end of our meal. I caught the waitress sitting at another table socializing and when I was looking around so I could pay and finally leave she asked if I was looking for her. What should have been a 30-45 minute dinner turned out to be more over an hour mainly because of the horrible customer service. I only rated 2 stars because the fries were really good but not good enough to sit through another night of poor service. I have only been to one other restaurant inside a hotel and for good reason.
