Every morsel was delicious. We had the Napoleon, the Traditional breakfast, and the Eggs Antoinette. We ate every last crumb. And the latte and cappuccino were equally delightful. Meeting Dee the owner was one of the best treats of our trip. We will be back every time we come to Santa Fe.

This bistro is a gem in Santa Fe. Yet another location I had not revisited for near 7 years or so…Definitely before co-vid. I am so happy to see this treasure has weathered the years and persevered. When I arrived early (in town for an early morning CCA film screening) Bernie greeted me by opening the door and welcoming me. I ordered the Eggs Antoinette. I ordered a Cinammon Oatmilk Latte. The meal is fresh and organic. The latte was one of the best I have had in a while. They put love into their meals. The coffee is Aroma…a local coffee. Bee was welcoming, also. Both checked on me and conversed with me in uplifting and supportive ways. I sat by the window in the front room and saw other regulars come in and have friendly, familiar conversations. In the age of tech and AI, sincere and kind places like this which take pride in their food quality and take time in connecting on a human level are to be cherished. Thank you Bernie, Bee, Juan and Saveur Bistro team. Keep shining your authentic light.

The best crêpes I’ve ever had i chose the mushroom crêpes, did not take a photo because of how amazing they were. The salad was also incredible, only took a picture when i was halfway done with it. The owner was so sweet and was asking us how we liked everything. Overall amazing food, service, price for the amount of food and a high level of quality. Wish I lived closer so I could visit more often.

Our second time to Santa Fe in the last 6mo, and our second time to Saveur Bistro! The most wonderful staff and family owned restaurant we could visit. The Reuben, crepes, and fresh squeezed juices are a must, as is the side salad with homemade dressing. They were also very accommodating for our two dogs while we sat outside, and brought treats and water!
