Me and my hubby had breakfast at this cafe while we were staying in Demorest. Our breakfast was delicious and it was fresh and hot the cafe was clean and the service was perfect. My hubby had the pecan pancakes they were the best. I had the omelette with cheese,onions and ham delish. Coffee was fresh of course.

Reasonably priced, food is ok and as described on the menu. Only problem I had was that they don’t itemize your bill. Not really a problem buy they don’t even put the amount you owe them on your bill. The bill gets dropped at the table and you take it to the cash register to pay. Going from the menu, 4 plates at $7.95 + 2 waters, and 2 sweet teas shouldn’t be $59. Don’t dare question them about it or prepare to be attacked. I didn’t mind paying what was asked but was curious what math was used to get our meal to that amount. I do recommend this place, but a little transparency on their part would help them tremendously as I saw this happen to others as we were eating. Maybe the menu pricing wasn’t current, maybe it was just a bad day?

This is a very cute, very popular-with-the-locals cafe. The food is standard country fare and the staff was friendly. The spaces were clean and the food came out very promptly. Great food everytime! Fast service from a 10 min call in and hot food. Best cheeseburgers around and FRESH meat that is old fashioned rolled out and not prepared thinly! Philly steak sandwich is sooo yummy! I have eaten breakfast here and it was perfect and filling. I want to keep this place to myself, but others deserve to know what they can count on for great and reasonable priced food of good sized portions. Go see them!

Nice quaint place. If you are looking for lace table cloths and fine china go somewhere else. If you want good food, good service, and a friendly atmosphere then this is the place for you. My rib eye was seasoned well and cook to perfection. The grilled shrimp was very tasty. We will go back!
