Friends – we will be closed from Sunday July 23 – Sunday July 29th as we get ready for VEGFEST Colorado! We will be at VegFest July 29-30th with our truck. Please come see us and over 100 other vendors there (IG Vegfestco). We look forward to seeing you again at the restaurant on August 2nd. Thank you!!! Saucy Cluckers serves 100% plant based cluck’n good chick’n. We serve vegan wings, wraps, salads, sandwiches and our award winning totchos. We make our chick’n fresh from scratch from our own recipe and then make it saucy with house made sauces such as Original Buffalo, Sweet BBQ, Dijon Dill and Smoked Maple Bac’n. We hope to serve you soon!

I have loved their food since first trying them from the food truck at events, and was so excited to hear about this location opening. Finally got a chance to try it and it was a great experience. Awesome location right off of Pearl street, and very nice inside with plenty of seating. Jamie is always super friendly! Food was excellent as always!

Stopped in to get lunch to-go. I hadn’t eaten bfasr and was clucking hungry so I got buffalo wings, a buffalo and maple bacon sandwich (the sammys come in pairs so was able to try several flavors!)

Delicious vegan chick’n wings! We tried two different flavors, the Dijon dill and the black Thai and both were super delicious. The sauce is inside, so be careful not to burn yourself if they’re fresh! The side sauces were also really yummy. A great visit after the farmers’ market, or any time you’ve got the munchies.

Incredibly affordable, well portioned AND tasty vegan food (typically don’t get all in the same product as a vegan!!). The woman whom took our order at the counter was incredibly friendly and even put a personal note on our takeout boxes after chatting a bit about our plans to have a little picnic. HIGHLY recommend.

We tried the wings, totchos, and chicken sandwich and were thoroughly impressed. The standout has to be the dill pickle wings – the innovative inside-out sauce concept creates a fantastic flavor profile without compromising the crispness of the wings. This was probably the best vegan food we’ve experienced in the Denver-Boulder area. Highly recommended for both vegans and those wanting to try something new!

Even though I am not vegan, I love this place. Taste, texture, and portion size are perfect. Staff is super friendly and patient . Chef has worked 10 years on his chicken recepie, and it’s super delicious. Next time I visit Boulder, I will definitely come back.
