Best Sushi,tempura,& all around menu. People quick so is food. Never a bad taste. Always above & beyond here. We hate eating at other sushi houses so we come back to Fremont for their miso especially. Never disappointed.

We came on Juneteenth after 1) disappointment at KISEKI – only quick bites now and nigiri was completely removed from menu 2) went to the other Satomi accidentally 3) and there was a wait I guess it was a holiday. We came at around 1:00pm and the wait was around 20 minutes. Only one staff so we expected some wait after we placed the order, but she tried her best!
Food was delicious and we are from Seattle (plenty of Japanese restaurants). We had katsu, tempura combinations, nigiris for ika, hotate and uni (of course for uni we ordered two), and lion king roll. I came to the conclusion that this definitely worth our wait!
Will come again, and so far, best Japanese restaurant in Fremont!

Neh … Went there for a Bento box. First time I see mayonnaise used as a salad dressing. Tempura had panko shrimp bought from somewhere else. The California roll completely forgettable. Sad. Apparently that’s what people accept as Japanese food around here.

Great plafe for sushi. A smaller shop in a strip mall. Employees were ver attentive and professional. Food had healthy portions and everything tasted great

Came with a group of 8 and the service was awful. They served the other two tables that arrive after us before us and we had to get their attention to get any service. Two people at the table did not get their meals where one of the two received theirs after everyone was done eating and we could only get a refund for that meal unless we could call and reach the manager.

Been coming to the Thornton location for the longest time and didn’t realize they opened up a new one on Mowry.
This location used to be Semo..not sure what happened, but that was one of the great sushi spots back in the days.
Anyway, sushi was small, not sure if this is the norm now in Fremont, but food quality was not too bad.
We ordered quite number of rolls and satisfied a family of 5.
Service was good, but we still prefer the one in Thornton.

Relaxing lunch, never felt we needed to rush to clear table space. Very good service and the sushi was delicious with a large selection to order from. Bento box serving was large and filling also.
