Everything was tasty and fresh. The chicken, the fries, the drinks, the toast and the sauces. I really like that they have a spicy option unlike other places. They also let you mix original and spicy as well. The ranch was really good. They also had a jalapeño ranch which was really amazing. Im definitely sold on this place and will be coming here from now on instead of you know where.

I’ve been here twice- and both times was the same. I felt invited, wanted, and the staff was incredible. They let me try sauces my first time, and this second time they made sure my shake was at the right consistency (without asking!). Quick service, as well. During the slow time I came, the staff was cleaning and preparing for the night shift. Lauren took my order, and treated me with a lot of respect. Hope that she gets the recognition she deserves! I will be coming back

I recently tried Layne’s Chicken Fingers in Clearfield, and I’d say it was okay overall. I didn’t really love the food, but it wasn’t bad either. The chicken tenders were crispy and cooked well, but they just didn’t blow me away in terms of flavor. The fries and toast were fine too, but nothing that stood out. I think if you’re really into simple, classic fried chicken, you might enjoy it more than I did.

What really made the experience better was the staff—they were amazing. Super friendly, fast, and welcoming. You can tell they care about customer service, and that honestly goes a long way. The place itself has a nice casual atmosphere, and it’s clean and easy to navigate.

So even though the food wasn’t totally my thing, I still appreciated the experience because of how well I was treated. If you’re in the area and want a quick meal with great service, Layne’s is worth a try. Just know the food might not be super exciting if you’re looking for bold flavor.

We tried out Layne’s Chicken Fingers without any recommendation. It opened a few months ago and we were curious. We were pleasantly surprised. The prices were more reasonable that most fast food chains. The tenders were very tasty and juicy. I think people should give them a try.

BEST chicken place in town! We went around 6pm and it was busy, but we got our food super quick!! The workers were extremely nice and welcoming and our food was hot and fresh! Big competition with raisin canes! My husbands and I opinion would rather go to Laynes than Raisin Canes because of the flavor! Flavor was a lot more noticeable in every item we ordered, and the potato salad was absolutely amazing! Milkshakes were good as well! Creamy and flavorful! Will be coming back again!

Pretty good. I like how they offer sauces! Was it a Nashville chicken restaurant no, but the toast was really good. The chicken was great and tasted crunchy and the French fries were probably a 8 out of 10. Would I go back?? Heck yeah. Plus I know what time it is at Mikes mom’s house. .

Saw this place in a youtube video and thought that it would be worth the drive. So I collected one of my bois and made the drive out here. Once we got here we were treated with a smile from the lady at the front counter. We ordered the spicy 5 piece and were also offered a tray to try all of the sauces. And it was great to try them all. The jalapeño ranch and Laynes sause were my favorite. All the food was absolutely amazing and the fries. My biggest complaint with mainstream chicken places is that the fries are so bland. But Laynes fries were absolutely amazing. Im so glad we came out here and do plan to return!

Bruh I payed for 3 extra sauces and the lady in the intercom even confirmed “5 total and I just wanted to end the weekend to a nice laynes meal. I get drunk and ready to eat this meal and they didn’t give me my extra sauce. If you’re paying for sauces it should be mandatory to make sure all the sauces are in the meal. I stopped going to the canes in Layton because they kept doing this and now this place is making the same mistake. Worst of all I already drank so I can’t go back to get my sauces. But then again I’m 15 minutes away and I don’t wanna go back just for sauces because 1) it’s far away and my meal will be cold by the time I get back and 2) I would ask to make my meal remade because it would be cold by then but I also don’t like wasting food so it’s a lose lose situation. I’m jus gonna give it to my neighbor and DoorDash canes because this is ridiculous

Layne’s Chicken Fingers opened up in Clearfield recently and I was kind of blown away, and this is why:

The Ambiance: Upon walking into Layne’s the first thing you will notice is the simplistic and clean decoration. This place is quite clean and the atmosphere relaxed. The music is at an ideal level; not too loud, and not too soft. Great music too, IMHO!

The Service: I was greeted quickly by a seemingly happy employee who also took my order quickly and efficiently. I ordered my food to eat inside, and I was super impressed when, by the time I finished filling my Lemonade, my food was ready…. let’s dig into that.

The Food: Oh man! I ordered the 5- Finger meal, spicy! The fingers arrived to me super hot and fresh. The first bite and I knew I was in love! These fingers are seasoned so well; dare I say perfectly… Indeed I do! They were also so juicy in a way I have not experienced in a chicken finger before. The sauce options are several. I got the Layne’s sauce and the gravy. Both were fantastic. I loved that they serve a creamy country gravy in this establishment. It is so good you’ll smack your mama! The crinkle-cut fries were cooked to crispy perfection and were deliciously seasoned as well. The Texas toast was, well Texas toasty! I drank lemonade and it was the perfect blend of sweet and tart.

To sum it up… you have to get here and try these guys out! Scott and Heather I applaud you!

Absolutely LOVE Layne’s! Service is phenomenal, every time I’ve ordered my meal is done and ready within minutes! Food tastes so good, the fries have the perfect amount of crispness and flavor. The buttered toast is excellent. The chicken is amazing! This is my go-to fast food place!
