Went here for late lunch. I chose the pad Thai which is my favorite. The service is fast I will say that. They brought out the food and upon arrival everything looked good. I tried the pad Thai it was good but the tofu taste a little off so I took it off my meal. There are pretty umbrellas in the ceiling to take pictures of or with them in the background. The atmosphere was “ok” because there were various fly’s that I had to keep waving away from my food. Other than that it was Ok

Decided to try this place as it was listed as one of the top Thai food restaurants to try in Austin. Not at all worth it. My daughter had the Pad Thai and as you can see in the pic not an equal balance of protein to noodles or veggies. I had the Mieng Kum A9 which was missing a few ingredients and not served as it is normally traditionally served. I went and spoke with the young boy at the register about it since I didn’t see our server anywhere at the time and informed him the dish was missing ingredients and his response was no it’s not without even asking what dish I was referring to or even coming to our table to look for hisself. He finally got our server who came to our table and addressed the issue and seen for herself items were missing and offered to remove the dish from our ticket. The Nuer Ob P46 was ok. Meat was tender, flavor was good but very small serving for $15 and I had to ask for the sauce that was supposed to come with it on the side. Which in my opinion definitely didn’t go with it. Other than the issues with our food and staff, which our server was decent, the place had nice aesthetic. First red flag we should’ve noticed was there was no crowd and it was lunch time at a high rating recommended restaurant. Parking was not ideal either

Good atmosphere. Faster service, Appetizers and Soups were good. Rice and Noodle Main course was a little saltier for our taste. Sweet sticky rice with Mango is a must try. It was absolutely delicious.

I’ve been coming here for years and have had just about everything on their menu. If held at gunpoint, I wouldn’t be able to tell you what my favorite dish is, simply because I have never been disappointed with what they’ve allowed to hit my palate. Attached to this review is the Yum Green Bean Salad (with tofu). If you’re as obsessed with coconut as I am and don’t mind a slight kick of the perfect amount of spice and acidity, this is the dish for you!

Came to Saps from a friend’s recommendation, and man, was I happy we stopped by! I love Thai food and this place had great service, amazing food and a vibrant atmosphere. The staff was super nice and friendly, happy to answer questions and give recommendations. The food came out quickly and the portions are pretty good size so we did need to-go containers after ordering a good chunk of the menu. Highly recommend the papaya salad and the green curry. Now I’m used to super spicy Thai food and even at the hottest spice this place has it wasn’t the usual Thia spice I get so I would say to the other heat lovers out there it is good but not hot.

Very nice Thai restaurant with nice staff, good service, and a plethora of menu options. Food was very good and atmosphere was nice. I ordered the Street Pad Thai and would definitely order again. Great place for anyone trying Thai for the first time. Love that this place is open until 3 AM everyday.

Best chicken pad thai I have had yet in Austin. The veggie spring rolls were fresh and tasted wonderful with the peanut sauce. Iced Thai coffee for the win.
