Aperently they cant give a refund. “Fresh cut meat everyday” my italian sub came with ransid and discolord genoa. Owner just kept trying to argue with me. He tomd me he couldnt gibe me a refund but told me to go tk the store to get the refund witch made no sence. I genualy like eating here but the owner didnt believe that they served me bad meat i offerd to take a picture and send it over but he continued to say all their meats are fresh and cut everyday…. i work with meat and know its nkt supposed to be DARK especually on the edges .Genoa can get bad fast depemding on how its put away it starts to have a sour taste to it. I also got a kids tenders with fries and that was good ofc they never dissapoint on thr tenders. Left a BAD taste in my mouth lol. They will be makimg me another sandwitch but he wants me tk give the driver my first sandwitch that i had ti take out from the trashhh . I genualy wont be takikg that new sub i just dont trust it… customers alwasy wronf at santors lol this isnt the first mess up. One time i had to go pick up my order because they didjt belivee they deliverd my food to the wrong address witch is insane. I triedddd giving them chance after chanve.

I LOVE this place. I have been living in Lowell for 5 years and this will always be my #1. Consistently good, the best prices, the sweetest staff, fast delivery, and they literally have so much different things to eat. I stand by this place. I get their food more than 2x a week! I suggest their NY chopped cheese & their house bowl!

I’m a huge lover of barbecue chicken pizza and not a lot of places make it anymore so I was absolutely thrilled to discover that they have it here! Nice big chunks of chicken & delicious barbecue sauce. I got the gluten-free crust and it was amazing!! Absolutely delicious through and through. Highly recommend!

In the midst of a blizzard Santoro’s stayed open and was one of the only places open despite the chaotic conditions. I simply got Wing Dings and spicy fries. The Wing Dings were super crispy and better than any I’ve ever had at a bar or sit down restaurant. The portion of the fries was generous and very tasty as well. Very appreciative they stayed open late despite the blizzard and delivered an excellent experience.

I get pizza there all the time and it’s pretty much always great. I usually order over the website but the few times I had to call it went well. I’ve never been inside so I can’t speak for the store atmosphere, but everyone I’ve spoken with is nice.

Coming from a regular DoorDasher I placed a pickup order of pastas out of the usual. I ordered a sausage parm pasta and chicken Alfredo
Honestly, the Alfredo late night pickup order appeared to be lazy. It’s pasta with sauce atop. I recommend shaking the container.
The sauce was more like a high school lunch Alfredo rather than a fresh Alfredo sauce. Either way it’s not bad at all.
On the other hand, the red sauces pasta tasted like bagged tomato sauce and the penne in the sausage parm was too mushy. Realistically you get what you pay for. It’s not terrible but could definitely be better
Alfredo pasta dishes are about 7/10

While the food is good, sometimes it’s inconsistent, especially when ordering a Caesar salad, sometimes there will be soo much cheese sometimes none, sometimes way too many croutons sometimes not a lot, and sometimes barley any lettuce. This time I had so many croutons and no cheese with not a lot of lettuce (can’t really tell by the photo)
The pizza on the other hand is good and everything else is okay! I will still order from here often !

Santoro’s was my go-to spot when I lived in Lowell! The food is always fresh, and their delivery service is consistently fast with friendly drivers.
The portions are huge — every dinner comes with two generous sides, easily enough for two full meals. Incredible value for the price.

The food might be okay, but the customer service is completely unacceptable. I came in with a simple question about the menu, and two employees ignored me the entire time. One of them — an Indian woman with AirPods in — even made direct eye contact with me, then turned her back and continued her conversation. I tried to get her attention again, but she clearly wasn’t interested in helping.
I ended up leaving, and honestly, I won’t be returning. No matter how good the food might be, poor customer service ruins the entire experience. If you don’t mind being helped only when staff feels like it, this might not bother you — but I expect better.

To be honest, I get delivery from here at least once a week. They have great food and reasonable prices. So far they’ve only made 2 mistakes and they were both for forgetting the second bottle of soda. Both times they were apologetic and returned later with the soda.
Update: 1/7/18, I ordered the same basic thing as always. Last time, the dinner was leaking into the bag, this time it was smashed. The bag was wet enough to have a hole. Steak tips were good, but the fries were soggy and uncooked. Unacceptable!
