off and my daughter. I know the owners hold your workers to a higher standard because I have worked for them. Apparently she said she is the GM daughter or granddaughter but that’s not ok at all. That doesn’t give her the right to be rude and talk negatively to customers. I would like to speak to someone about this and she should be written up or something should come of this. Other customers saw this interaction and so did my daughter I am not happy. We come here all the time and this was uncalled. This visit was by far the worst experience and we will not be back to this location.
Also the manager didn’t even her come apologize for her actions. It just encouraged her behavior. I am appalled by this staffs behavior. I know it’s not my restaurant to run but that’s not what I want my customers to experience. As customer it really did not set well with me how the manager handle the situation. She was like I have no authority to do anything about her working her or writing me up. I was like you could make her apologize and say her behaviors wrong or send her home for the evening.
Also, we hate the kid me meal toys. Staff were helpful and friendly.
This location should be ashamed of the way it treats customers. I went to buy a Happy Meal for my baby, and not only did they give me the wrong order, but when I asked for the toy for my child, they flat-out refused—even after I offered to pay for it.
The employee who took my order was extremely rude, and things only got worse when I called the store. One of the employees pretended to be the manager and absolutely refused to give me her name—completely unprofessional and dishonest behavior. When they finally put the real manager on the phone, she wasn’t any better. Instead of helping, she responded in the most dismissive way, just saying “uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh” as if my complaint meant nothing.
This is unacceptable. The staff here are rude, disrespectful, and clearly not trained in even the basics of customer service. No customer should ever be treated this way, especially when all I wanted was something as simple as a Happy Meal for my baby.
