Best place, hands down to get your fish or shrimp fix. I don’t try much else because I never get tired of the spicy shrimp tacos but there’s nothing you can go wrong with here. The sauces are signature and the tacos are always STUFFED. You get your moneys worth. Amazing food, friendly staff and great service. No complaints here! If I ever sit on death row Santiacos will be my final meal! See you guys soon!

Best mariscos/seafood food truck in Southwest Kansas—Dodge City, to be exact. AMAZING shrimp and fish tacos, hoagies, fresh ceviche, aguachiles, and shrimp cocktail. Esto no es cualquier lonchera y tampoco son tacos normales. Ahi se cocina con estilo y con colmillo. Sabor pasado de lanza, bien servido y tan bueno que da coraje no tener más hambre para comer más! Cada taco se disfruta sin prisas, porque neta es un placer saborearlos. Comes uno y ya andas viendo cuál sigue. ‍
Y ojo: no se pueden perder los aguachiles ni el cóctel, están brutales. De esos lugares que no se comparan y que se recomiendan solos.
