The dirtiest, most disgusting food establishment I have ever seen. Floors, counters, cupboards, containers, everything covered in ice cream and toppings. Workers don’t wear hair nets and have bare hands covered in food. A walking health code violation.

The young man taking orders forgot my food after 20 minutes of waiting and other peoples orders going out I went to counter and ask about my burger& fries drink combo. He said oh it’s right here I guess I forgot to give it to you. It was cold. There was no ice in the machine for my soda and I had to ask for a lid when the young man handed it to me it was covered with some sort of sauce so I then ask for a clean one he was then very rude. I wouldn’t recommend this Dairy Queen it is very much a cluster the kids there running it are more interested in flirting than doing their jobs.

Don’t get me wrong, I love Dairy Queen. But when I tell you there is absolutely NOTHING fast about this Dairy Queen I whole heartedly mean it. Any time I’ve gone in wheather it’s in the drive thru or dine in, the wait is long. I’ve been the only car and waited 40 minutes for my food. Now, with that said, the food is always hot and fresh so I’ll of course always go back.
They could also use a good deep clean (especially the drive thru window covered in ice cream), but I like the remodeling they have done in the dining area and menu board.

dirty, unorganized, and the rudest service i have ever experienced. i waited in the lobby for 20 minutes, asked for an update on when my order might be ready and was asked to “step back or leave the store.” i will never be coming back here. i would go as far to say that this place needs an entire new staff or needs to be shut down altogether. they always have some crazy excuse for why things aren’t getting done, just save ur time and money and go to mcdonald’s across the street.

Not a single adult running this place. Not one person over 21, and it shows in the 56 average ticket times. I do doordash and every night I watch a bunch of teenagers walk in circles, ask each other stupid questions, and fail to complete a single task in a timely manner. Tonight I literally watched a girl take 10 full minutes to dip an ice cream cone, walk over to a coworker, ask if it was pretty, and then stare at it for another minute with her mouth hanging open. One girl has her hair completely covering her face, you can’t see her eyes or nose at all. I can’t even with this place.

This is genuinely the worst customer service I have ever gotten. We ordered on mobile 9:40 and got our food when their lobby closed at 11. The order said it would be done at 10. The drive thru was out to the road when we arrived and by the time they even started bagging our food there was no one in the drive thru. They gave people free food before giving us ours. After waiting until 10:15 we asked about our order and they told us two people were in front of us and we checked in again at 10:30 and they told us two people were still in front of us. This is ridiculous. They yelled at us at 10:45 saying the lobby closes at 11 as if they had even given us our order. The whole entire line had their order taken and received their food before us. I try to have empathy but this is the worst service I’ve ever had and they are not sorry about it whatsoever. I died of hunger and got put it in a nursing home before I got my food

The speakers to order at the drive thru does not work and has not worked well for a long time and you have to yell to order. We were told they had no fench fries so we had to pay for the upgrades on onionrings or cheese curds and they also had no icecream so we had to get cards for that part of the meal.
Then we waited for a long time for our order to come out, it was Luke warm at best.
And the napkins were dirty, the guy who packed our order had something on his hands and when he put them in the bag it got on the napkin. Very gross!!!! I Don’t plan on EVER EATING THERE AGAIN!!!!!

After waiting for 15 minutes we were told they had sold out of what we ordered, and offered a refund. After another 7 minutes of waiting they were in able to give us a refund. We ended up leaving and not worrying about the money. Avoid this place at all costs. The staff is less than helpful

It was an absolute mess I am not one to complain but I waited 50+ minutes for a blizzard and they got all my friends orders wrong after we had to come up to the counter and ask for the food multiple times. They need to hire more staff or something because the staff here seemed to be flustered and we’re arguing with each other idek just chaos and it wasn’t busy if you don’t have an hour to wait for food probably don’t come here

Dude, 45 bucks for an ice cream cake that has no actual cake in it is insane. Literally just two fat rounds of ice cream, most of it being vanilla, with an Oreo crumble in the middle. Not worth the price AT ALL, at least kiddo was happy.
