This was, without exaggeration, the worst dining experience I have ever had. The food was absolutely appalling — just look at the pictures of the so-called “pizza” I was served. Greasy, soggy, flavorless, and presented in a way that I would be ashamed to serve even at home. It looked and tasted like a complete disaster. Calling this “pizza” is frankly an insult to the word.
But as bad as the food was, the service was even worse. The staff were unprofessional, inattentive, and completely dismissive of basic customer service. At times they behaved as if they were completely out of touch with reality, almost as if they were high — dazed, sluggish, and utterly unfit to deal with customers.
When I asked for the bill, I had to repeat myself at least four or five times, stressing that I was catching a flight and literally had to leave immediately. They ignored me until I was practically begging to pay. This kind of behavior is not only rude — it is absolutely unacceptable.
To waste a customer’s time in an airport setting, when every minute counts, shows a complete lack of respect or awareness. Combine that with the disgraceful food, and you have an establishment that has no business serving customers at all.
I travel a lot, and I have eaten in countless places around the world, but this was hands down the most appalling experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. The food was inedible, the staff seemed completely “high” and careless, and the overall atmosphere was nothing short of miserable.
Avoid this place at all costs. It is a waste of your money, your time, and your patience.

This location of Santarpio’s pizza is a fun spot where you can really get delicious food in our hurry before your flight! They really understand that you may have limited time so they have employed good technology to help your order go smoothly and your food comes out fast! With over two hours to wait before boarding, I wanted to sit down for a light meal to kill some time. Since it’s the airport, I expected inflated prices & low quality. Santarpio’s Pizza at Logan Intl Airport in Terminal C was a pleasant surprise. There’s a medium size bar. The dining area was crowded but I was able to seat myself at a table for two. Sure there was music playing from the overhead speakers but it wasn’t deafening like the Mexican place close by. The waitress was very sweet & attentive even though she was busy. Ordered a pizza, which comes only in a 10″ size thin crust and a house salad, which was more than adequate for sharing. Was it amazing pizza & salad? No, but the meal was pleasantly satisfying, better than expected & probably the best sit down option I noticed close to my gate. What surprised me the most was the price. Good value for decent food & friendly service. Recommended

If you find yourself with time to spare at Logan Airport, Santarpio’s Pizza is a must-stop for a laid-back, satisfying bite. We had a long layover and couldn’t have picked a better spot to wait it out. The classic cheese pizza was hot, crispy, and bursting with old-school flavor no frills, just solid, quality pie. The Caesar salad was fresh and crunchy, with a bold, creamy dressing on the side. What really set this place apart was the warm service and impressive drink list, from craft beer to wine and spirits. They made us feel welcome and unrushed, rare for airport dining!

there waiting for the bartender to clean a table. He looked at us, acknowledged us and never came over. Finally we sat and started to charge our phones while we waited. Fifteenth more minutes go by and no cleaning no service…nothing. Left and went to Mija Cantina. We sat right away, cleaned our table and I had a drink in my hand in 2 minutes. Don’t bother with this place go to Mija!! You will be happier.

I got myself a cheese pizza with ground beef. It was greasy and unfortunately when I tried to pick the pizza by my hands some parts of the pizza fell. It wasn’t crowded and the staff were okay in their treatments and service. I just went to eat there because it’s close to the Etihad gate. the food didn’t take long to be prepared, around 20 mins. But for the price it’s not worth it in my opinion.

Only ordered to be able to sit, then this worker insists that I can’t seat and eat BECAUSE I ordered at the kiosk. Also the table was filty and I cleaned it myself with hand sanitizer and tissue…

Like many others here, I ordered at the kiosk without realizing it’s for takeout only. There is signage, but it’s easy to miss, the staff just kicked me out. It seems they’d rather enforce a confusing policy than improve communication or help customers. If every negative review mentions the same issue, maybe it’s time to fix the system instead of blaming the guests. Food was mid, service was worse. Not coming back.

Food at the airport is normally expensive but this place was beyond overpriced. Small portions and no chicken. All the pizzas are 10 inch. The fries came on a paper plate.
