First server took our order and brought our drinks and salad, then left. Second server checked on us after a bit and got us fresh drinks. Thirty minutes later, we asked her to check on our order, it was thrown out, so they started our order again. Hopefully, it will be here in the next fifteen minutes. She did her best and I thank her for that.

My husband and I recently visited Gionino’s Pizzeria in Wooster for the first time and boy, were we in for a culinary treat! This place exceeded our expectations in every way. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly hostess and promptly seated. The restaurant was very clean with a nice ambience and great music. Our waiter Brad was absolutely phenomenal- very friendly and attentive from beginning to end. He was also knowledgeable about menu options. We ended up ordering a large Caprese pizza for the both of us as well as a serving of mozzarella sticks. Both were served hot and absolutely delicious- I dare to say some of the best pizza and mozzarella sticks we’ve ever had! Despite ordering only one pizza, we had plenty of leftover slices that we devoured the following day. All in all, a fantastic dining experience and one we hope to repeat again very soon.

Food was very well prepared. Pizza was hot and crispy. Wings were fresh and tasty. Server was not at her best but I could tell some of the others were friendly and helpful. Our server wasn’t bad. I like the atmosphere here as well. Feels nice and clean and just kinda easy going. We’ve been coming here off and on over the last 4-5 years and I don’t recall ever having a bad experience.

I ordered a 12 piece chicken from Gionino’s in Wooster. I received seven legs and four thighs. No breasts and no wings. The chicken is barely cooked and dripping with oil. It’s completely inedible. I’ve received chicken from them that tasted like burnt oil but this is the worst order I’ve ever received and won’t order again.

Their large party pizza is always a life saver for party’s & is never a disappointment. Great prices & great food. Staff is always friendly. Restaurant is always clean & the atmosphere & decor are wonderful. Nice restaurant for lunch or dinner. By yourself or with a group.

We weren’t very hungry so ordered only a pizza. It was delicious; perfect in every way. The service was also very good. There is parking on the street or in the free public lot next to the pizzeria. We would definitely go there again if we had the chance.
