Today we ordered food at Sansottas in Sunbury. We waited in line for quite some time to pick up our online order. At check out we were told that we could not use our valid coupon that we brought because our payment method was a gift card. We questioned why not and the cashier replied by “your only paying $’X'” which yes, after using the gift card we are paying that amount but gift cards are a form of payment not a coupon. Instead of holding the line we paid the extra amount. When we got home we realized that our salad had dressing we did not ask for, our two piece chicken order was one piece, and the seafood side order was very tiny (see image). This is not the first time our order has been messed up, actually this is the 4th time our online order has been incorrect.

Finally decided to try this place out after looking over the menu. Didn’t realize it’s set up like Chipotle but Italian. Ordered food for the whole family. The food exceeded expectations and the prices are surprisingly very reasonable. The girls were helpful in explaining the menu and offering suggestions. Likewise for the manager who was very friendly and helpful when I was browsing the menu outside. This place needs some more exposure because a lot of people are missing out. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely love this place! When it first opened up I was bummed because I live a ketogenic lifestyle. Then I realize they had alternative zucchini noodles! Had them for the first time today absolutely amazing, and then with Alfredo and salmon will definitely be back trying different combinations again!

This place is amazing! It’s fresh, homemade food served by a helpful and very friendly staff. Their traditional pesto is wonderful, and their meatballs taste like my friend’s little Italian grandmother made them. It’s my favorite place to eat in Sunbury.

This place has really good food for being a take out. I got the meatballs and they were really good and the price was one of the best I have seen. I highly recommend the calamari too. On top of the food the girl working up front were very friendly.

This location closed but I strongly suggest to anyone who wanted to try Sansotta’s to go to Marion and try it. It’s worth it! Sansotta’s was my favorite restaurant, first tried it in Marion and when my family and I saw the new location opening in Sunbury, we were thrilled because it’s alot closer to us! I went on and actually worked here for several months, up until the very last day. A lot of care was put into the food & customers, I saw firsthand how fresh everything was. Definitely give the Marion location a try. I know my family and I will be trekking up there periodically to eat. Really sad to see this location go, but it was a great job and an even better restaurant!

Seems like the hours are very random. Tried to go a few weeks back and the staff had closed half hour early. The door said 9, but they were cleaning and wouldn’t even acknowledge us walking up. Now today I see it changed in December for “holiday hours”. Food is pretty good but everytime we try to go they are closed.
