Very friendly and pleasant staff as it is family owned and operated. Food was amazing at a very reasonable price. Freshly made and served super hot. If they where able to serve Margarita’s I would have to give them 10 stars. I enjoyed my lunch and will visit again in the future.

Food was pretty good! Better than most places I’ve been to, above average Mexican food. Recommend chicken enchiladas with the cheese on top. Husband had shredded/chopped beef burrito. Very flavorful beef. Chips and salsa was better than most places we’ve been to. Salsa slight kick, just enough. Would’ve tried tamale as I’m a fan of tamales and always searching good versions. They were out. Waiter said they run out quick. That must mean they’re good! I’m going to have to go back and try them. I will call ahead of time to make sure they won’t run out by the time i get there. Definitely keeping this family owned restaurant on our list of food options while traveling as it’s nice to get some real food on our stomachs every now and then. Place isn’t pristine but better than some hole-in-the-wall places I’ve been to. Besides, the food is worth it. Come here for the food!!

After more than a year without a decent Mexican restaurant this place was a lucky find. Do yourself a favor and go for the stuffed pablanos. They are FABULOUS! The enchiladas are also terrific. Even the beans are worth a trip. It’s a homey atmosphere and family run, so exactly what a good Mexican food place should be.

Very good! Very simple looking building, and decor but we came here for the food! Homemade chips, salsa very good. Meals prepared hot, fresh ample quantity. Delicious fajitas, cheese steak burrito yum! Will return if in the area.

They where very polite and knew the menu. They presentation of the food was phenomenal. When I started to taste the omg wow this is really authentic mexican food experience. I really enjoyed it and will always come back on my way to the beach. Thank you guys I really enjoyed my meal. It might be better than old Mexico on the gulf. Passing through and stopped because it had good reviews. Looked like a typical hole in the wall. Inside looked dirty, didn’t dare use the restroom. Service was pretty quick but cheese dip was cold and watered down. My husband and I ordered fajita taco salads that were ok at best.
