Edit: they delivered under the previous management. I can’t confirm if they currently deliver with the new management.

An alright place to eat. The employees were friendly and helpful, although the service was a bit slow. The decor was kind of strange, but the atmosphere is okay. The food was mediocre, it seemed a little overdone to me. Overall, not a bad value.

They serve a variety of pizza, sandwiches (grinders), and ice cream. The staff was friendly and my food was correct. The food was good but (as with every location) a tad salty. The Superman ice cream was authentic tasting.

This place has recently been remodeled and is so much better! It’s clean and has an updated country feel. We always order the same thing…. The vegetarian grinder!!! Fresh and delicious. It’s served with a pickle and Lays chips. We also like to get the Sammy Bread which is very cheesy and garlicky. We were there on a Friday night and it was quite busy with take out orders and people also dining in so our wait was a bit longer than normal but worth it! Our kids used to order the pizza and loved it and I’ve had a salad here before too that was great…. This is the only restaurant I know of that sells grinders so we come here regularly!!!

We’ve went there twice now since they’ve reopened. Employees were very nice and so far it was a hit and miss. First time the grindors were amazing, cooked to perfection and the perfect amount of meat. The second time wasn’t so great. The whole sandwich was burnt to a black crisp, we had barely any meat, and when we opened our pickles, juice went everywhere. None of those things happened the first time. I guess go when certain people are working and you’ll be fine. The decor is fantastic!

New owners have upped the quality of the food they serve. Previous owners can’t come close to what they do now. Met a few of the family members that work there. Truly family owned & run. Friendly, & truly Cate about their customers. Pizza is great. Would recommend the Nappanee location to anyone

The grinders (toasted subs) are the best! They also serve really good pizza and oven baked pastas. There are several flavors of Hershey’s Ice Cream at very reasonable prices. The dining area is bright and inviting. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is their hours are fairly limited. Not open at all on Sundays (I’m glad they can get some time off. That can be hard on the restaurant business), but apart from that we really like it!

I was wary to come here because of the mediocre ratings. The food here is unbelievably good! I understand that this pizza place is not FAST FOOD- it may take a bit longer to make the food than if you go to McDonalds. But if you have brain cells, you should be able to understand that good food takes a bit longer to be made! The staff is always friendly and accommodating. A lovely blonde worker always has a smile for me and compliments my shirt, hair, etc each time I visit. They really make me feel welcome here. Prices are great for the quality of food. Best breadsticks in the whole world! This restaurant is truly one of a kind.

Placed a to go order and after going to pick it up we’re told we have to come back for the pizza because they had no cheese. The BLT Grinder was soggy & breadsticks are burnt (dog could barely choke one down) and after picking up our order 40+ minutes ago we’re still waiting on a call for the pizza. It’s our first time since reopening and will be the last time. Not worth the $50 we spent. Hunters food is actually fresh and good so I regret choosing Mancinos over it.

The building itself is run down and gives the impression that it wouldn’t pass a health inspection. The breafsticks might as well be a soup with the amount of grease that was on it. The staff member gives the impression that he doesn’t know what he’s doing. There was a very long wait for our food. The pizza tasted great however I’m pretty sure the breadsticks made me sick later.
