What an incredible food experience!! We ordered the Rajai and the hot sandwich special, the owner was so cool and turned the fryer back on even though we came late! They also gave us a free soup to try, just the nicest folks! The interior is adorable and so fun to browse while you’re waiting. We would make the drive from Akron again! The potato salad was the best we’ve ever had, they were not wrong…the sandwiches were huge and flavorful, we definitely had leftovers! Everything is clearly homemade, so much attention to detail, we can’t wait to come back and try more things!

Sam’s Supper Club is incredible. If you want gourmet level food do yourself a favor and pay this place a visit. Everything is meticulously prepared and the service is friendly and the people are kind-hearted and hard-working. All items are made from scratch either from the owner or from other local businesses. Very happy to have heard about this place from other patrons and glad to have this establishment on the west side. Once you go the first time you want to continue to go and support this business because of both the food quality and the people. Have tried the brunch, lunch and tailgating items and all are fantastic. Takeaway only.

first time visit. very disappointed that this place has no sit down seating. very limited sandwich selection. I ordered turkey foccacia bacon jam sandwich & potato salad. even though it had lot of flavor I felt it was too heavy too much bread & potato salad was too chunky. service was great but won’t be back unless they decide to add seating inside, have outdoor sign that makes it look like it’s open u can drive right passed it, add a bag chips & pickle to all sandwiches for more value it’s too expensive for sandwich that comes with nothing

Oh my sandwiches!!! Can’t believe I waited so long to try this place!! It’s as amazing as everyone says, no wait, more so! I got the Stay in the Car (Italian meats on focaccia) and my husband got the meatball sandwich special, Sherrif’s 30 Day Sentence Sando. He said it’s the best meatball sub he’s ever tasted – and he’s super picky. He (begrudgingly) shared a bite with me and I was like, “Holy crap, that’s phenomenal!”
If you haven’t tried a sando from Sam’s, don’t wait!! You’re missing out on insane deliciousness!!
And to the owners, you guys are KILLING it!!! Beyond the amazing food & awesome social media presence, the decor gave me goosebumps of nostalgia. My husband and I actually enjoyed the short wait for our food while reminiscing about the pop culture of our youth. Keep doing what you’re doing!! Avon Lake is so lucky to have this hidden gem! We’ll be back! A lot (we have a shop just down the street)! Until then I’ll be dreaming of those meatballs 🙂

Incredible!!! I’ve been eating at Sam’s for well over a year. He has catered numerous events for groups ranging 50-5 people! Sam nails it every time!!! His lunch options are out of this world too! Always order the chips and dip! If you don’t get the chocolate chip cookies you will be missing out!

One of the best sandwich shops in all of Cleveland! We’ve had individual sandwiches several times and all of them are fantastic. I’d highly recommend their catering as well. We got it for our Super Bowl party and everyone was thrilled. They were super easy to work with and pickup was an easy on the weekend.

This place is awesome. You can order ahead online or deal with the super friendly amazing kind staff. The sandwiches are STELLAR and HUGE! They make everything fast and fresh and you can tell they use quality ingredients. I was giddy over free stickers and Ring Pops. I highly suggest the Pop Tarts cookies as well! They dont have any seating as it is take out only BUT the inside is decorated amazingly. (I collect vintage lunchboxes myself)

Today I got one of the basic breakfast sandwiches with fried chicken as my protein. The house-made cheddar biscuit was moist, crumbly. and flavorful, and the chicken was crispy, moist, and flavorful as well. The staff working was very friendly and welcoming. Overall is was a great first experience, and I definitely plan on going back soon.
