I was under the impression from the sign on the counter that a personal pizza with any toppings would be $7.99. My subtotal is showing $12.00 before tax and I did 15% tip, coming to $15.22. Does that seem right? I didn’t receive a paper receipt, so I can’t look at the breakdown. Otherwise, food is fresh and good.

Deliver people are always friendly, but the food is the absolute worst. I’ve ordered wings twice from there with basically no sauce on them. Pictured is what I ordered vs what I got. The pizza was cold and the sauce was open and spilled all over the inside of the pizza box.

Unbelievable for giving us this awful food that nowhere comes close to the picture in the ad. This is complete false advertising and Papa John’s should quit selling these immediately! These are supposed to be a 10 piece Boneless wings. Toothpicks in my pictures to show actual size, and picture attached of what is shown on the website when you place an order of how they are supposed to look. Talked to the manager Heather which was seeming very offended that I would call about this complaint , and in my view just rude when I brought up this legitimate complaint and told me that the employees are told to mix the small pieces like this! Unacceptable! look at the pic of what they post as BBQ Boneless wings and what they served.

We had never been into a Papa John’s before and were very disappointed. The menu (way above our heads and hard to read) the non descriptive cute names for dishes made choices difficult and the counter kid was surly and acted put out that we couldn’t order without asking what was actually being served.
The food was over cooked and dry, and the bill was about 40% higher than we expected, especially for the quality and quantity we recieved.
Maybe the clerk was having a bad day, as well as the “cook.” We have no intention of returning to find out. ,We had to ask for napkins, salt, and Parmigian cheese packets, as there were none anywhere for self serve.
Also, we were there on a Sunday at about 3:00, and there were no other customers but us, so no excuses there. We ate on a public bench near there, as there is no inside or outside seating provided.
In the 25-20 minutes that we were eating, wa saw only one other couple came in.
No surprise there.
This is the Estrella location in a more upscale area, other locations may be different.

Turns off all the lights and locks the door at 10p. But they’re open until 11p. Ordered online and was met at the door by a guy with an attitude who told me to wait. Not at all what I expected. Disappointed.
