The food is great, but I did have a problem with the cashier (a female) not returning my bank card. Only to find out hours later they ran my bank card up on Amazon purchases for $460, I had to hurry and transfer the rest of my funds into my savings to keep them from going completely ham!! I know I left it there, even if I dropped it inside, no one was there but the workers, it’s a short walk between my car and the building, let’s be real. I was distracted by having a conversation with one of the workers(the male) and my hands were full. I went straight home after my order. I know it was someone there because it was just Amazon purchases, this person never tried at a gas station or any another businesses.. How insane.. that person wasn’t very smart, because I denied the transactions and contact my bank. No Amazon for you!!!! I called Sam’s back also and asked if there was a bank left there, they said no. All that just to get a negative review from fraudulent activity at your business. Next time give the card back!!!! Make sure y’all ask for your credit card/bank cards back immediately, after you are asked to sign.

I have been coming here for 17 years and it’s so good. I don’t just say that as a local. I have traveled the entire country for years and there is only one place I like more in New Mexico as far as takeout pizza goes. This place has fresh dough and amazing crust. There’s something about how greasy it is too and I’m a pretty healthy person. It literally doesn’t get better than this for cheap takeout.

I have been eating Waterloo pizza for more than 20 years, so I was sad to see that the previous owners had sold the business. I was a little worried at first that the pizza might be different under new management, but it isn’t whatsoever! The same great taste that I am accustomed to after 2 decades. 5 stars – will order again soon!

This place is near my sister’s home, and she loves their food. Every time I order from them I’m never disappointed! The portions are large and the food is delicious! They have the Broccoli & Cheese bites I’ve ever had The Ham & Cheese Panini is yummy and their is so flippin good!! The staff that answers the phone has always been nice and helpful answering questions if I order something new. I would definitely recommend to anyone to try them out.

Was in the area for work and was craving pizza. Waterloo makes a great pizza, for sure. Ordered and paid online. Told me 20 minutes. Walked in and it was ready in 20 minutes. Had some wings too. Really good but hot is not hot. Asked for extra. Overall experience 9.9/10.
