If you’re out and about along Dixie Highway in Louisville, KY., visit Sam’s. The rib tips are fall off the bone delicious and the jerk chicken is fantastic! I’ll be going back because when I visited they were sold out of my favorite dish. Sam’s has plenty of sides to choose from too. I almost forgot, they also have desserts. The green beans are spectacular and great chicken with good crunchy breading and moist chicken. The staff are friendly and I’ve talked with Sam several times who is very nice guy. They care about service here and the food is consistently good. So all you got to know is spicy or regular!!!

Sam’s is a wonderful family restaurant. He has a great selection. We got the chicken fried steak, baked beans, potato wedges, corn bread, rolls and strawberry cheesecake all for $15.!!! I ordered 60 original wings, I was told that it would be 8 minutes bcuz it had to be dropped. I was fine with that bcuz I’d rather have the fresh wings. My only complaint is that the chicken and the wedges has NO type of seasoning what so ever. The kid’s are the ones to bring it to my attention. I doctored it up when I made some gravy and onions. All in all I was pleased and I will return…I’m just going to have to tell them to make sure our food is seasoned.
