Since moving to the area, this Jack’s has become our most-visited spot! The food is exceptional and always arrives warm. Out of the handful of times we’ve been here, we only had one order mistake—but the way it was handled was impressive. My husband spoke with the manager, Tatum, who was incredibly professional. She invited us back and personally ensured everything was corrected. We all know how frustrating it is to get home and realize an order is wrong, but Tatum’s great customer service made it a smooth, easy transaction. We really appreciate the friendly staff and high standards at this location!

We wanted a box of fried chicken, but it was a 25 min wait. If I’m using a drive thru at a fast food restaurant, 25 min is ridiculous. So we ordered a $35 box of 15 chicken fingers & 1/2 of those were the size of chicken nuggets. Then only 2 honey mustard & 2 ranch for a box of 15! The mashed potatoe container was only 3/4 full & the gravy was only 1/2 full. NOT WORTH $35!! The male employee working the drive thru window was VERY friendly!

This is a well run store. I go there often for breakfast. It is better maintained than the three other nearby Jack’s locations. I have gotten lunch there many times for my grandkids. They all like it and they each have a different favorite meal.

Y’all should be really proud of this location! I recently moved to the area to stay in a relative’s yard. I live in my car right now, so I come here a good bit to get something warm. My car has been piled high with my stuff because I haven’t had time to clean it out yet. I’ve had poor experiences with other restaurant drive thrus giving me looks and even making comments they think I can’t hear. It means a lot to me that in my plenty visits, no one has ever made me feel judged or unwelcome. My food is always delicious whether it’s breakfast or dinner, and everyone greets me with a smile. This team is amazing!!
Google keeps asking me to update this, but the only thing that’s changed is that I’ve met more really kind people. I have other locations around me that I have yet to try because this location is what I feel safe going to. There’s one cashier who remembers my name and is as sweet as the cinnamon rolls and one that I met today that embodies sunshine even after 8 PM. Life is still hard for me right now, but they truly make things better. There aren’t many places you can go that give you good food and good spirits every time! Y’all keep doing what y’all are doing!!

I try not to eat out too much, but the food is great and the service for breakfast (I don’t go for lunch) is always stellar. My favorite person to see when I visit is Nicole, she is always so kind and seems to care about what I want and making sure I have all that I need. If something is left out of my order and I tell her, she will make sure that it is not only corrected, but also encourages me to come back again by replacing it with no questions asked.. it is rare to see someone in fast food truly care about their job and how they rest customers! I am used to fast food workers being indignant and I understand they are not paid much so maybe that is why it is so common? but they have some good people at this location and are clearly taking care of their workers!

Everything was fresh as hell, and if it was great, the people are great. The customers are great. Everything is great about this jack. It’s honestly a five out of five jacks and it’s been a while since I’ve had such a great experience at Jack’s like this one. EDIT: yeah something changed, food is now cold half the time, they won’t meet customers expectations and are lazy. Rude half the time. This place needs a rehaul to bring them back to what they were doing when I first started going here.

I understand some people like light brown butter biscuits. But…in a gravy and biscuit most people like the biscuit at least done. Not a dough ball. Absolutely cold biscuit with hot gravy on top. Terrible!!!! The only way I can describe this Jack’s locations food.
